Holiday at St Jean de Luz

Spacious comfortable flat. View from balcony slightly spoiled by over grown trees. Apartment block is on top of a steep hill about 15 mins walk into town.

une location qui ne mérite pas son prix exorbitant : les différents désagréments constatés à notre arrivée : terrasse plein de feuilles pas nettoyée sans aucun store pour se protéger du soleil, Bac de douche abimé rendant l 'usage de la douche compliquée, store de la chambre lits doubles qui dysfonctionne, vaisselle pas propre , bols avec de la nourriture collée dessus , grille-pain pas nettoyé avec plein de miettes, four cuisine une horreur pas nettoyé, la hôte idemme toute collante pas nettoyée , assises tabourets cuisine abimés avec pieds piqués par la rouille, alors le canapé du salon on a même pas envie de s'assoir dessus tellement ils est usagé complément ramolli, cet appartement a besoin d 'un rafraichissement total au niveau des peintures, la piscine bien mais pas de parasol ni transat pour se poser aucune zone d'ombre très dommage, au niveau du bruit , sur la terrasse le soir on attend BCP le bruit de la circulation de la route en contre bas et de l 'autoroute au loin - nous avons rendu l appartement plus propre qui ne l'était - nous déconseillons fortement cette location abusive

Tres belles vacances dans cet appartement spacieux, lumineux, fonctionnel et bien équipé. L appartement est resté frais malgré une semaine de grand soleil, pas besoin de climatisation.Les lits sont confortables. N oubliez pas vos draps. La terrasse est tres appréciable, surtout le soir car elle etait trop chaude en plein été le midi. La vue y est fantastique. On entend au loin l autoroute (bruit léger).L acces a la mer requiert environ 20 minutes de marche (et nous sommes sportifs) par des chemins agreables, le long du port. Un supermarché est a mo chemin. La piscine est petite mais tres agréable et peu fréquentée.Nous recommandons.

Mooi appartement met veel faciliteiten, op 2 km van strand

Goed uitgerust, ruim appartement met veel keukengerei, heel goede bedden en rolluiken om de zon overdag buiten te houden. Jammer dat er geen zonnewering is op het terras want deze ligt op het zuiden en er is geen schaduw in de namiddag.

Un séjour presque parfait

Bel appartement conforme au descriptif. Cependant quelques petits soucis : le chauffage dans la salle de bains ne fonctionnait pas et malgré les efforts de Julie , attentive à nos réclamations, il faisait frais en février dans cette salle de bains. Par ailleurs la porte fenêtre donnant sur le balcon ne fermait pas correctement et rafraichissait le séjour, surtout lorsqu'il y avait du vent. Dommage !!!
