Our condo is perfectly situated on the 4th floor directly overlooking the outdoor pools at Phoenix Gulf Shores. Avoid the elevators and stress and park directly on the 4th floor!!!! We also have a keyless entry door lock so you do not have to keep up with any keys during your stay and FREE WIFI! You can enjoy a spectacular view of the Gulf from the balcony or through the floor-to-ceiling windows in the unit. With over 1,750 sq ft the unit is very spacious, newly furnished and new to the rental market!!



Amenities are abundant at this Phoenix Gulf Shores condo: the unit is appointed with full-size appliances, wet bar with ice maker, 60” flat screen HDTV in living room and a flat screen 55" HDTVs in the master and 2nd bedroom and a 50" HDTV in the 3rd bedroom, laundry room with full size washer and dryer. There is a King bed in the Master, and 2nd bedroom and two Queen beds in the 3rd bedroom.



There is an awesome zero entry outdoor pool with a water slide, heated in-door swimming pool, two Jacuzzi's, state-of-the-art fitness center overlooking the Gulf, BBQ Grills, and a tennis court.



There is a 25 year old minimum age limit to reserve the unit which will be enforced with no refund for violation.

Parking: You must purchase your parking passes upon arrival, they are a one time fee of $65 per vehicle. Any 3br unit you rent at Phoenix Gulf Shores guarantees you can purchase up to TWO parking passes, the front desk will sell you additional passes based on the occupancy of the complex during your stay but do not expect an extra pass during the summer season.

One of the best condos I’ve ever stayed in! Just so convenient to park and just walk straight in to your room! So clean and spacious also. Pool was nice to have some shaded areas as well as an indoor pool. Would definitely be booking this one again!

Great beach vacation!

We loved everything about this property. Being able to park on the same level as the condo was great since we had young kids. The kids loved the heated pool, and the walk to the beach was short. Condo had everything we needed!

Winter Break Getaway

We had a wonderful time! We had enough space and plenty of things to keep everyone busy. We had beautiful weather so that was a bonus. The toddlers really enjoyed the zero-entry indoor pool. Great trip and we would love to come back!

Great Spring Break Getaway

This property is beautiful! Plenty around for the kids to enjoy. The beach was right there. The views from the balcony were gorgeous. Easy check in and out. We were staying for 5 days and were given a starter pack of basics. Could have used more toilet paper and paper towels for our 8 guests. Earlier check in and later check out would have been nice.

Perfect Condo

Our condo was the perfect stay for our family! Great location, gulf front and an amazing pool. Our grandkids loved the pool slide and having both and indoor and outdoor pool available. The condo was exactly as described. Checking in and out was a breeze. We will definitely stay here again.

Excellent condo

We had an excellent experience. The indoor pool was very helpful when the weather wasn't ideal. Location was nice! The facility was clean, well maintained. The condo was as expected, fully stocked. Loved the ice maker! The Ike's attendants were great! The building staff at the front desk wasn't very friendly, but we only needed minimal interaction to buy the parking pass.

And we couldn’t figure out how to stream any apps on the tv. Later we saw on our email that there was a tv support team we could have called for assistance. Overall it was a great stay and I will be looking next year for the same unit. It was great.

Loved this place!

What a beautiful place to stay-right on the beach where we saw dolphin swimming twice. Plenty of room for 4 adults and 2 kids 9 & 11. Covered parking is right outside the door so easy move in/move out. We did arrive after office was closed so didn't get our arm bands or parking sticker til the next morning. No problems.
