Cove View, is a contemporary, first floor two bedroom apartment with coastal views, situated just a few minutes’ walk from the Minack Theatre.



Internally, the property has been furnished to a contemporary, good standard throughout. The spacious apartment boasts strategically positioned windows showcasing the panoramic views of Porthcurno Beach and out to sea. Views of the surrounding coastline can also be enjoyed from the furnished balcony.



Cove View benefits from a select location in Porthcurno. This small village, and its coastline, are situated in a designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, known for its white sandy beaches. Porthcurno Beach is only a few minutes’ walk from the property, as is one of Cornwall’s most popular attractions, The Minack Theatre.



The Minack Theatre is a world famous, open air theatre carved into the side of the cliffs. This theatre offers a truly unique experience, justifiably referred to as "Cornwall’s Theatre under the Stars."



For a range of amenities, Penzance can be reached within a short drive. Here you will find a selection of shops, cafés, pubs and a cinema. When visiting this edge of England be sure to visit the most south westerly point, Land’s End.

Lovely flat with great views. No village shop so you need transport but lovely cove though wonder how busy the small cove would be in Summer. Unfortunately the flat above was rented to people with 2 very small yappy dogs who barked at everybody who passed. Perhaps you could insist that people who bring their dogs on holiday have dogs that don’t normally bark at everything - my dog hasn’t barked in years. Excellent Accommodation

The apartment was cleaned really well and was light and airy and felt very safe from covid. The picture in the advert was exactly how the view was from the window. We walked from the apartment to the Minak on two occasions which was brilliant. We also used the beach on several occasions. I would recommend this apartment to anyone wanting to stay in Porthcurno.

This was a very comfortable, well equipped, warm apartment, with a stunning, priceless aspect/view and which is as good as the images suggest. We loved observing the changes of the coastline, the revealed sand bars, tide, beach and lovely sunrises. The only small disappointment was that the apartment does not have the terrace furniture as featured in the photograph. (There are some hard plastic chairs provided to sit on). Fantastic location if you like being away from the hustle and bustle, not much around the local area out of season. Supermarkets are 25mins away in Penzance. Lovely property with everything you need to hand.

The lack of flexibility in booking was a slight issue for us but the location, view from the balcony and access to such a beautiful bay was superb. Property is not large but adequate for 3 and reasonably well kitted out. General cleanliness was ok but the rug in the living room was well over due for a thorough clean (although I imagine it is difficult to do those sort of jobs when the property is full all through summer). We found it difficult to secure parking in the allotted space but always managed to use the parking area. As we were up and down from the sea/beach it would have been useful for there to have been an outside tap or storage space for beach paraphernalia. The fact that there was no provision for this left us in a difficult predicament with wetsuits and sandy items.

Great apartment with a fabulous view. Being so close to the Minnack Theatre did mean that all the cars heading to the theatre would come straight past the apartment therefore it was often quite a busy road. Porthcurno has the most wonderful beach and routes to walk the cliffs (plus access other coves along Lands End). Porthcurno itself does not really have a convenience store so your nearest shop to buy supplies is St Buryan, perhaps a 10-15 min drive from the apartment). There is a nice beach cafe at the bottom of the road. We had a couple of issues on arrival at the apartment. The landlady had texted me to advise that the WiFi was not working but that BT were booked to resolve it on the Monday ( which they did). Not a massive problem but it made communication with friends difficult and was a big frustration for our 15 year old son. More problematic was the lack of hot water which persisted until the Tuesday when an engineer came and fixed the immersion heater and boiler as two elements had blown at the same time. Once these two issues were resolved we were all much happier. In the apartment itself facilities were good although the beds were a little uncomfortable. We enjoyed our stay regardless as we had such ease of access to some great beaches in that part of Cornwall.
