Bishops View is a charming first floor apartment, occupying a prime position in New Polzeath and benefiting from spectacular views over Polzeath Bay and out to sea.

Beautiful Views

We had a very comfortable stay. Having 2 small children it was lovely to have a beautiful balcony with views where we could sit outside and enjoy when we got them to bed. So close to a great sandy beach, without the kids only takes 5 mins! Would love to come back and stay again! Thank you!

Really nice property, convenient for the beach, just a short walk with the boards. Only down side is Polzeath offers very limited places to eat/ drink out.

It was overall a lovely place to stay and very clean . We did not realise it was a flat until we received full confirmation of booking on reflection i probly wouldnt of booked a flat and paid that price . But also due to disabilities and the steps . Other than that we loved it and so did our family

A clean, well fitted property, only a short walk from beach & shops with a wonderful view of the bay through splendid, old cedar trees. A glass balastrade keeps the wind off the terrace. The housekeeper was efficient & friendly. A very relaxing stay. Loved the rabbits! We will visit again.

My wife and I have stayed at Bishops View on about 5 occasions now and we have been very pleased with it. The property is very comfortable, well equipped, with a homely feel and great views. The owners have thoughtfully provided many DVDs, CDs, games and books for guests' use. The location is brilliant being within walking distance of local shops and the very good North Cornwall surfing beach at Polzeath. We will no doubt be visiting again.

Beautiful apartment with amazing views.

Beautiful apartment with amazing views. The only small issue is that there are no shops or restaurants in New Polzeath and the walk to Polzeath is a bit strenuous, although quite nice across the beach.
