is a beautiful well-equipped and modern house, with private pool and sun loungers, terrace equipped with table and chairs, wifi .

You can walk to Riells beach, at a distance of 13min on foot.
The Riells beach is ideal for families with children because of its shallow depth, and where they will find a variety of restaurants, shops, supermarkets, and at night on the activities and party promenade. The house is a few meters from the Natural Park of Las Termes where you can go hiking, walking, cycling through the mountains, until reaching Cala Montgó.

Outside the house we find the seasonal outdoor pool space (6m x 3m and depth 1.50m) outdoor shower, 4 sun loungers.

The entrance with porch and a terrace equipped with table and chairs, which gives access to the interior of the house.

Kitchen: in the same space, well-equipped and modern, the kitchen equipped with microwave, fridge-freezer, 4-burner gas stove, washing machine, coffee maker, electric hot water tank.
Bathroom: with shower, WC, sink.
Bedrooms:

Bedroom 1:150cm double bed, all new.
Bedroom 2: Located on the top floor, which is accessed from a spiral staircase, 2 x 90cm bunk beds with access to a terrace with views of the pool.
Parking: inside the free space (1 car).
