What more could you want? A wonderful holiday place in a luxurious and newest complex in Playa de Pals, near the sandy beach. Around the communal garden are a total of 32 homes / villas, each with its own grass garden. From your private garden you can walk to the large garden and swimming pool (25 mx 12.5 m) and children's pool (5.5mx 5.5m). The private garden is lockable connection with small children.

The house is equipped with every luxury and conformity. Air conditioning / heating, washing machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave, sunscreen, two bathrooms, three toilets, three bedrooms for seven people and baby, 2 balconies. The spacious living room is furnished with two three-person sofas, two armchairs, dining table and sliding doors to the covered terrace and garden with large dining table and chairs. Of course there is free wifi. Also present are two TVs, DVD player and two media players including hard disks with several films and series for all ages. Upon arrival you will find the welcome package. Can your vacation started right away and you do not immediately have to the store. Also handy if you arrive by plane. Girona Airport is 45 minutes away.

Casa Gavarres 29 in Playa de Pals is the ideal mix for a perfect holiday; relaxing, golfing, diving, cycling, culinary delights, culture happen ... You name it. Let's begin with (probably) the main activity of your holiday, laze. For a day at the beach because you do not get far. The fantastic wide beach of Playa de Pals is within walking distance. Will you also look at the idyllic bays that the area is rich. Via a beautiful route along the coast you will come to the "cala" of Sa Punta, Sa Tuna and Aiguablava (all within a radius of 10 km). Typical Costa Brava and a must during your holiday. Golf: You have views of the golf course. The road ended and one hole waiting for your turn. After a (un) exciting golf party delicious drink and dine in the immediate vicinity or in the medieval villages of Pals (5 km), Begur (6 km) and Peratallada (10 km). The maze of streets and alleys will take you to the nicest squares with outdoor cafes and finest restaurants. More entertainment? The most beautiful dive site of the Costa Brava you can see from the beach, the Medes Islands. You will then equal a fun boat ride on! And let's not forget the fabulous cities of Barcelona and Girona.

Wonderful

We had a wonderful stay. The house is perfect, welcome air conditioning, well appointed and spacious. The outside area was lovely, we had many a bbq and ate all our meals on the patio. The pool is saltwater and crystal clear. It is remarkably quiet for August and we sometimes had it to ourselves. A few issues with the door, which were quickly rectified, and we had a problem with the TV but we it didn’t detract from our stay. Thank you so so much! A holiday to remember!

Het huis was heerlijk ruim en schoon. Het park was redelijk rustig en het zwembad heerlijk, licht zout. Pals blijft ons hart stelen en het verblijf was fantastisch.

Sehr schönes & geräumiges Ferienhaus für tollen Urlaub

Dies ist wirklich ein sehr schönes Ferienhaus! Es ist sehr geräumig, sauber und gut ausgestattet. Die Terrasse lädt zum Frühstücken wie Abendessen ein. Im Wohn-Ess-Bereich hat man viel Platz und 3 Bäder sind für eine Familie natürlich super. Das Etagenbett fand unser Sohn nicht ganz so bequem - alle anderen Betten waren sehr gut. Der Pool in der Mitte der Anlage ist natürlich super zum schnell abkühlen. In den Pfingstferien war nicht viel los, so dass man viel Platz hatte. Mit Fußweg 600m zum Strand ist die Lage des Hauses ideal - der Strand ist etwas grobkörnig. D.h. wenn man feinen Sandstrand bevorzugt, muss man eine der nahe gelegenen Buchten z.B. bei Palamos besuchen. Kontakt mit dem Verwalter war jederzeit sehr angenehm und schnelle Antworten.

Schönes Haus in guter Lage

Das Haus ist wie in der Beschreibung und man könnte sich dort wohlfühlen. Leider war es mit einem 14 Monate alten Baby eher anstrengend. Jede Nacht wurde der Rasen gewässert und er ist nie richtig trocken geworden, so dass unser Baby nicht krabbeln konnte und wir ständig alle Klamotten waschen mussten. zusätzlich kam jeden Tag der Gärtner zwischen 12 und 14 Uhr und hat Krach gemacht. Dadurch wurde der Mittagsschlaf zum riesen Problem. Eigentlich ein schöner Urlaub der leider immer wieder anstrengend war.

Tolles Haus, gerne wieder!

Wir haben uns in dem FH sehr wohl gefühlt. Alles war sehr sauber und top ausgestattet. Der Pool und die Anlage waren sehr gepflegt. Sowohl zu dem Strand als auch zu den Restaurants konnten wir mit unseren Kindern problemlos laufen (ca. 10 Minuten), so dass wir auch mit der Lage sehr zufrieden waren. Wir kommen gerne wieder !

Schönes Haus in Strandnähe- leider oft sehr laute Gartenarbeiten

Es handelt sich um ein schönes Haus mit sehr guter Ausstattung.. Der Strand ist fußläufig in ca. 600 m erreichbar. Die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt. Das bedeutet aber auch, dass ständig Gärtner unterwegs sind. Wir hatten das Pech, dass sämtliche Hecken mit einer Motorsäge geschnitten wurden, was mehr als 3 h gedauert hat. Am nächsten Tag waren die Gärten mit Laubbläsern unterwegs und verursachten ebenfalls mehrere Stunden Lärm. Die Hecken, die jedes Grundstück umgibt und das regelmäßige Wässern, sind offensichtlich ideal für Mücken, von denen wir wirklich geplagt wurden. Zum Glück gibt es im Haus sowohl für die Fenster Fliegengitter, als auch Mückennetze. Das war sehr hilfreich! Es gibt keine deutschen Fernsehsender. Für die Elektrogeräte gab es keine deutsche Bedienungsanleitung.

Wunderschönes Haus

Wir haben unseren Urlaub in dem wunderbaren Haus genossen. Es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht, wunderbare Anlage und ein sehr schön Pool. Alles wunderbar sauber, tolle Bäder man fühlt sich sofort wie zu Hause. Die Lage war für uns Ideal, die Nähe zum Strand ist toll und der Ort ist ein idealer Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge. Gerne wieder!

Modern vakantiehuis voor gezin in een chique mini prive gemeenschapje met nette vriendelijke Spaanse buren op gunstige loopafstand strand (2 a 300 meter). Supermarkt om de hoek. Airconditioning en 3 wc’s, 2 badkamers. Lekkere bedden. Goed werkende wifi voor 12 (!) devices. Mooi groot rustig zwembad waar je ook echt baantjes kan trekken. Mooi gelegen tussen karakteristieke naaldbomen. Leuke restaurantjes en ministrandjes in de buurt. Dit jaar ook kasteel van 700 jaar oud bij Estartit beklommen, ook een aanrader. In het huis ruim aanbod hifi en documentatie over de omgeving/bezienswaardigheden. Kortom volwaardig net en chique vakantieverblijf. Geld meer dan waard. Bedankt Frank voor de mogelijkheid dit te kunnen huren. Wij en de kinderen hebben een leuke vakantie gehad. Vriendelijke groeten, Mark, Eleonore, Cas en Floor (en Menno).

Erholsamer und sehr schöner Urlaub

Alles, wie beschrieben. Sehr schönes und gepflegtes Haus und grüne Anlage. Toller Pool. Wir haben den Aufenthalt genossen und können es nur empfehlen. Perfekt für Familien. Mal abseits der Touristen-Gegenden. Auto empfohlen. in der Nähe liegt L`Estartit, dort kann man alles machen, Jetski, Boote mieten, Bootstouren, super Shopping-Stasse. Vielen Dank.

14 Tage zur idealen Reisezeit - Empfehlung für Familien

Im Juni 2019 waren wir (2 Erwachsene + 2 Kinder) für 2 Wochen in dieser schönen Unterkunft. Es hat von Anfang an alles gepasst. Das Haus ist in einem neuwertigen Zustand und man merkt einfach, dass die Eigentümer selbst öfter im Jahr das Haus nutzen. Die Küche ist umfassend eingerichtet, ideal um sich (wie wir) größtenteils selbst zu versorgen. Kleiner Weber-Grill (47er Kohle) auf der Terrasse. In der Hausbeschreibung gab es keine Bilder von den Badezimmern. Diese sind aber ebenfalls sehr schön und sollten hiernoch eingefügt werden. Tolle begehbare Dusche im Elternbad. Viel Platz um die kleineren Kinder mitzuhmen und zu duschen. Wir würden gerne in 2020 wieder buchen und sind schon in Kontakt mit dem sehr netten Vermieter. Wir hatten vor Ort kleine Rückfragen zur Technik im Haus, Antwort kam innerhalb weniger Stunden. Top! Vielen Dank!

Perfekte Unterkunft an der schönsten Mittelmeerküste Spaniens

Wir waren Ende September und Anfang Oktober mit 4 Erwachsenen, einem Baby und einem Kleinkind in diesem Haus und von Anfang bis zum Schluss war alles perfekt. Die Kommunikation mit Herrn van Nijkerken im Vorfeld, die Schlüsselübergabe, das Haus und seine Einrichtung, die Wohnanlage, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, die Gastronomie, die wunderbare Landschaft, die Sehenswürdigkeiten, die netten und freundlichen Katalanen: Alles 1a, eine wunderbare Kombination. Die Anmerkung eines anderen Gastes in seiner Bewertung über die Hellhörigkeit des Hauses konnten wir nicht nachvollziehen Meine Frau und ich verbringen seit mehr als 30 Jahren unsere Urlaube fast immer in Ferienwohnungen. Dieses Haus gehört auf jeden Fall zu den 3 besten, in denen wir je gewohnt haben. Die nördliche Costa Brava ist kein billiges Urlaubsziel und deshalb vom Massentourismus weitgehend verschont. Sobald man die Küste verlässt und sich ins Landesinnere begibt, sind gute Spanischkenntnisse sehr hilfreich, aber nicht unbedingt erforderlich. Lothar Schreiner

Sehr schönes Haus, modern und schick eingerichtet.

Das Haus liegt in einer sehr gepflegten Anlage und ist tip top sauber. Die Einrichtung ist sehr gut, die Küche hervorragend ausgestattet. Bequeme, moderne Betten und Möbel, Bäder neu und modern. Auch für Familien mit kleinen Kindern alles vorhanden, wie Babybett, Treppensicherung und Törchen zum Garten mit Pool. Allerdings ist das Haus sehr hellhörig. Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Zum Strand benötigt man zu Fuß ca. 15 Minuten.

Our family of 4 spent a very enjoyable 9 days in Pals. The property was nice and quiet in early July with most units empty prior to the summer holiday rush. The pool is right outside the unit and the beach an easy 10 minute walk away. Restaurants are also walkable for the most part. Pals is not near as upscale as Begur but was perfect for what we were looking for. We spent about half of our time at the beach in Pals but also explored the more picturesque beaches in Begur which were only 15-20 minutes away. The unit was modern and well equipped. I would definitely recommend the location and the unit.

Die Anlage und das Haus entsprechen in vollem Umfang der Beschreibung. Der Zustand ist sehr gut und man fühlt sich direkt wohl. . Schön ist auch, dass wir die Anlage auch nicht überlaufen ist. Wonderful house, perfecly equipped. Excellent choice for out of season booking.

This is truely a great house. Lot's of space. All gadgets. Perfect kitchen. I, as a hobby chef did not miss much. Brought my own knifes, as usual. Cool pool. Good beds !!!! Our Dutch friends know how a good bed should be.. The entire area is perfectly managed and taken care of. Anything to complain about ? No. Phantasic resort for cool vacation days. We spent our vacation there Mid till End of May. It was really quiet and we had the 20 by 10 meter pool all for us. We got an impression over the holiday weekend how it looks during the high season.. The house is really close to the pool which is nice. But as soon as more folks are arriving, it will get loud. Our impression was that many, many people, even from outside, get access to the pool via passcode. So, a brillant choice for the pre or after season. We would not book it in July or August. Regarding the living standard, this house is excellent. The owner Frank is very responsive and helpful. We truely enjoyed our stay. Best Martina and Frank from Krefeld, Germany

Maison très bien agancée, superbe résidence très calme à cette période (je pense que nous étions seuls) maison aménagée avec beaucoup de goût ! Bémol : pas de barrière de sécurité dans les escaliers pour les enfants assez dangereux et pas de baignoire dommage pour les bébés mais on fait avec ! L agence qui accueil pas du tout professionnelle, pas de chauffage mis avant donc très froid pendant 3 jours (achat personnel d un chauffage d appoint), aucunes nouvelles concernant la remise des clés du départ impossible de les joindre même en laissant des messages (heures, conditions....) au final clés dans la boîte aux lettres de l agence, en arrivant on nous donne les draps et à nous de faire les lits, les robinets du système d eau espagnol (au plafond)ne sont pas ouverts pour faire une machine On a aucune nouvelle concernant le retour de la caution ! Sinon séjour agréable dans une maison superbe ne l oublions pas, les propriétaires n y sont pour rien En saison estivale cela doit génial

We travelled with our 4 kids (age 10 to 18). They loved the pool. Bedrooms were comfortable with good storage. Bathrooms & showers were spacious, clean and well appointed. Kitchen is modern and nicely finished. TV was mainly in spanish bar some U.S. kids series that could be set to English. Frank had a good movie library which my boys enjoyed. (20+ in English). I missed news channels but maybe that was a +. Many of the units in this complex are owned by people from Holland. Many were not been used during our stay, so it was quiet. All in all a great holiday rental.

Maison en parfait état proche de tout.

Agréable séjour à quatre avec deux enfants en bas ages. La maison récente est propre et dispose de tous les éléments de confort et de sécurité pour les enfants. Elle est proche de la plage et des commerces et l'environnement est calme et reposant. La résidence est très bien entretenue et le jardinet terrasse privé suffisant pour les repas et la détente. House with all comfort. nothing was missing. Kitchen practical, sofa comfortable, nice terrace with a little close garden. Big swimming pool, for fun or sport, with little children pool. Supermarkets 2 minutes driving, or 10 minutes walking. Same distance for the beach. Pictures and description on the web site are exact. Also a nice playground with games for children out of the residence. It was a perfect holidays with our daughter 1 years old. Thank you Frank for all details information that make our stay quiet. We hope to come back for futures holidays. Nice souvenirs...
