Great house with plenty of space - open plan downstairs works very well and all of the bedrooms are a good size. Comfortable an clean and a good base for exploring the island. Good boulangerie and a fantastic market every day within 5 minutes walk of the house. Wonderful fish and plentiful fruit and cheese.

Superbe maison de vacances

Cette maison de famille est l’endroit idéal pour séjourner sur l’île d’Oléron. Très bien équipée (il ne manque rien), elle située dans un endroit calme à proximité du marché quotidien et à 5mn en voiture de tous les commerces. Les plages sont à dix minutes en voiture et des parcs à jeux pour enfants à 15 mn à pied. Le petit jardin est très agréable pour déjeuner en extérieur.Bref, le mieux idéal pour un séjour en famille

Gîte assez confortable entrée par un garage

Bon accueil par le concierge. Une grosse infiltration traverse SDB et cuisine. Chambre RDC avec chaudière à gaz adoucisseur d'eau lave linge et sèche linge générant du bruit. Régulation thermostatique du chauffage défaillante froid dans les chambreschambres de l'étage.

Les travaux de remplacement de la douche son programmé en février . Le plombier et le carreleur ne pouvaient point intervenir avant . Le chauffages à régulation thermostatique fonctionne correctement à condition de ne pas faire tourner en permanence le poêle à granulés. Le thermostat ce trouvant dans la même pièce que le poêle à granulés…
