At the gates of Castelnaudary, capital of cassoulet, between Carcassonne and Toulouse, this cottage completely restored with quality materials is located near the village of Saint Papoul famous for its Abbey. The area is full of so many cultural interests as natural: the famous Canal du Midi only 8 km (classified UNESCO World Heritage); Carcassonne (also classified as World Heritage by UNESCO) to 34 km; the Cathar castles, the closest of which is 41 km; the medieval villages of Fanjeaux 22 km and Mirepoix at 36 km.
