Gorgeous sunsets

The deck overlooking the countryside and the view of the sunsets makes this a spectacular place to stay. We enjoyed several evening meals there in October. On top of that, the living/dining room is spacious and the bedrooms had very comfy beds. Our hostess was diligent in solving a stove top problem and it was resolved easily within 12 hours. We enjoyed the pool late in the afternoon. It was a very peaceful place to stay.

Peacefull and well equiped

Off season stay for our group of four adults being a bedroom and bathroom each. Plenty of space within the home and outside although the weather reduced our outdoors use. Beds comfortable, three lounges made the sitting area very comfy with a great kitchen and dine area. Walking trails from the home, great sunsets, bar b q, we did not use the pool because of the weather but it looked inviting. Certainly o e of our favourite stays in France in our 6 months so far. This is on farm land well off the main road so a true get away experience.

Absolutely perfect!

We enjoyed 2 great weeks at this wonderful property, which had everything we were looking for to have a relaxing holiday. The recently refurbished large house is superbly equipped and designed and is clearly well looked after. There is plenty of seating indoors and outdoors and it is very comfortable whatever the weather. The house is surrounded by beautiful, peaceful countryside and enjoys spectacular views to the Pyrenees, especially from the west facing deck, where we enjoyed many sunset barbeques. Phoebe is a great host and communicator. We strongly recommend a stay here.

Phoebe toujours très réactive aux messages, très disponible, hôte toujours à l’écoute de nos besoins spécifiques et accueillante dans ses réponsesLa maison présente de nombreux points forts comme espéré : grande pièce lumineuse, cuisine bien équipée, calme et belle vue. Piscine chouette, abritée et sans entretien à faire, Bill s'en occupe. Jardin bien équipé en chaises longues et tables et barbecuesEn revanche en cette saison et avec évolution climatique, le point faible est l’isolement qui s est révélé insuffisant dans ces conditions de juillet (surchauffe intérieure en particulier de la grande pièce dès que la chaleur s installe, absence de protection suffisante telle que volets rideaux et attention aux frelons) la clim dans les chambres est tres sonore avec une efficacité malheureusement limitée dans le contexteMerci pour l’accueil et le séjour, ces améliorations permettraient un vrai saut qualitatif avc le climat d été
