Welcome to Maui Kamaole F-204, your well-equipped and well-located address on the western shore of the beautiful island of Maui. This two-bedroom, two-bath spacious second floor condo is located in the first-class Maui Kamaole resort, which is situated on 23 acres of lush, vibrant Hawaiian landscape across the street from Kamaole III beach (about 30 minutes from OGG airport). In addition, Maui Kamaole is just minutes from the Wailea Resort, home to 90 holes of championship golf, world-class tennis, shopping and dining. Resort amenities include two swimming pools, jacuzzi, tennis courts and gas barbecue area. For your entertainment free Wi-Fi is available, as well as DVD and CD player, VCR and cable television.

Access to Maui Kamaole F-204 is on the second-floor level. Let the island breezes waft around you as you approach your vacation destination. The main living area is open plan, (with kitchen, dining, living area and lanai), and beautiful exposed beam ceilings. There is carpet in the living, dining areas and downstairs bedroom, tile flooring in the kitchen, entry, and bathrooms and wood flooring in the loft bedroom. The open and airy concept flows from immediately upon entry, starting with a full kitchen with plenty of Corian counter space and cabinets, refrigerator/freezer with ice-maker, dishwasher, range and built-in above-range microwave. All the necessary items to whip up a full course meal are provided, just add food and your favorite recipes. The kitchen also has a peninsular bar with two chairs, and a glass-top dining table seating four. This area then flows into the nicely decorated living room with large flat screen TV for your viewing entertainment, and there is a sleeper sofa available for extra sleeping accommodations. Through sliding glass doors is the furnished open lanai with views of the resort and nearby ocean, the perfect place to begin your day and remind you of exactly where in paradise you are.

The primary bedroom is a quiet retreat with a queen-size bed, flat-screen TV, ceiling fan and en suite bathroom. The en suite boasts dual sinks and a glassed-in shower. The second bedroom also has a queen-size bed and a mini patio. And a second bathroom makes it easy for all your guests to get ready.

Very clean comfortable condo well suited for 4 adults, a 6 year old and a 2.5 year old. Close to beaches and restaurants. Kitchen well equipped for fixing meals and storing food. Grounds are beautiful and pools/BBQ areas easy to get to and from. Only issue was older outlets that were occasionally too loose and did not charge devises.

Nice quiet location and good view. Spacious suite. Grounds, pools and tennis courts great. Needs new air conditioner in living room and new ceiling fans. All the electrical plug ins are worn out. Needs general maintenance. Had to buy cleaning supplies. Nice new deck furniture.

Beautiful location!

Our stay at the property was fantastic. The location is excellent and the unit layout is perfect for families. The appliances, pullout couch and artwork are dated and it would’ve been nice to have some beach toys, umbrella or chairs. That being said the beds were comfy and it’s a short walk to the pool. I would stay there again.

Great time at your unit for a great family vacation! Everything we needed and more. The pool was great, grills were nicely located and very close to some of the best beaches on the island! The beach chairs and cooler were great! Mahalo for a fantastic stay.

Love the resort but this unit....

First, let me say that the management team was a wonder to work with - just wish I hadn't had to contact them as often as I did. We stayed at Maui Kamaole because we had stayed here once before and had a wonderful experience. When we arrived, after a seventeen hour trip, the door code that we had been given did not work. I contacted VRBO and eventually received a call from a night maintenance man. We were about ready to look for a hotel!! After trying three codes, in the dark, we were finally able to get in the unit. The next morning, we got up and the toilet was plugged. A maintenance man came and thought he had fixed the problem, but hadn't. A plumber had to be called the next day and the problem was finally fixed. Two days of our vacation - shot!! These are problems I deal with at home and did not want to deal with them on Maui!!! Sweet people at the maintenance company brought us coffee and chocolates and new pillows. The picture shown here, pretty much sums up this unit - vanilla. The only difference, it does not show that the carpet has rolled and has bumps all over the unit. I couldn't find dishes or towels when we first got there - they were all in the dish washer and dryer - - - - Not the way I am used to a unit being left.... Units I have stayed in here and at Kamaole Sands had a much more "Island" feel and I missed that. We had a wonderful time on Maui but I don't think I will stay in this unit when we return.

Spacious convenient family home

Lovely condo with a great view, lots of room to spread out. The kitchen had some great helper items that might have been from previous guests (thank you). The only concern was the kids da making noise at the pool. It was never a problem for us as we were out of the condo every day! Wailea beach one whole day, the road to Hana another day, Molokini another day and then check out! It was a great starter condo for these activities! If you were staying on vacation here the whole time, the beach across the street and to the right, is really nice for little kids to get their energy out! So close to everything!! Lovely vacation condo!! Friendly staff!! Lots of gear on the balcony in the closet. I’d stay here again in a heart beat!

It Worked

I will start with saying that we loved Maui again for our second time and will return again next year, but probably not to this particular condo! There was four adults and two children with us on this vacation and the condo was advertised to sleep six. The beds were not comfortable and I would suggest an update on mattresses as it would be nice to have a comfy sleep on your vacation. The pull out couch mattress was the worst of them all so we ended up having to purchase two egg mats from the wal-mart and make a bed on the floor in the upstairs room for our two children which we tended to prefer to sleep on as it was more comfortable then the main beds. The kitchen needs some new frying pans and some sharp knifes or at the least a knife sharpener. When we arrived we definitely were not happy with the cleanliness as we found a beer cap just under the tv stand which we knew was not from us as we do not drink and had just arrived. In the downstairs bedroom there was a broken unhinged closet door barley leaning against the closet frame and a broken lamp shade and lamp in the closet. The condo appeared to have a general wipe down clean but nothing deep. The condo satisfied our needs and we made it work but definitely will look somewhere else for our return visit. This place needs some updates! We do appreciate the roof and this would never discourage us from visiting the amazing island of Maui! Maui has our hearts!

We loved our stay at Maui Kamaole! Perfect size for family of 5 with 2 teens and a 9 year old. Beautiful condo, with everything we needed. Walking distance to beaches and restaurants. Though we didn’t use the condo facilities like the pool or tennis courts it was easily accessible. Loved Maui Kamaole! Will definitely be coming back!

I would stay again...

The condo is very spacious and worked out perfect for our family. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were clean. The location easy to get to and the beach almost right across. My husband and I enjoyed a morning stroll on the path by the water and evening in the park area to watch the sunset. The 3 A/C units are a major plus as is the washer and dryer. The only thing I would say is the stove needs to be upgraded as some of the burners did not work. Minor, but something to put on the to do list. All in all, my family and I would rent this unit again.
