Las Dunas Apartment great location

Great location for beach, restaurants and bars. Lovely swimming pool and area kept very clean. There was a mixture of residents and holiday makers, all that were friendly. Although in a central location it was quiet and not busy. Would stay again as it catered for all of our needs. The owner was very helpful and communicated well.

La terraza es amplia y fresca, los electrodomésticos nuevos y funcionan muy bien, se está cómodo y a gusto, muy cerca de todo.Los colchones son cómodos.La piscina es genial y la urbanización mejor de lo que muestran las fotos.Hay que dormir con las ventanas cerradas por el ruido, pero aíslan super bien y el aire funciona de maravilla, por lo que no es problema.

Genial apartamento, perfectamente equipado con absolutamente todo lo que puedas necesitar, habitaciones espaciosas, grandes armarios y terrazas a ambas fachadas.La ubicación es perfecta, muy cerca de la playa, restaurantes y supermercados.No necesitas mover el coche aunque te perderás las vistas desde los miradores que hay alrededor de Jávea. Si lo mueves tiene plaza de parking incluido.El dueño contesta rápido y está pendiente de todo.Muy recomendable

Cómodo apartamento en El Arenal

Hemos disfrutado de una agradable estancia en el apartamento de Ivonne. Ella ha sido muy amable y ha facilitado todo lo que hemos necesitado, así como la flexibilidad en la llegada y en la salida. Si quieres estar en la zona del arenal, con todos los servicios a mano, el apartamento está inmejorablemente situado . La urbanización es muy agradable y tranquila y está enfrente de la playa. El apartamento es muy cómodo , ya que está dividido en dos plantas con terraza y una buhardilla con un sofá cama y dos pequeñas terrazas, que permiten independencia si vas con hijos mayores. Cuenta con varios aires acondicionados y ventiladores de techo,por lo que no se pasa calor. Lo único que fallo un poco fue la limpieza, pero tal como ella me comentó cuando se lo manifesté puede ser producto de lo complicado de las fechas.Contando con que ese tema va a mejorar repetiremos seguro. La casa está muy bien y está a un minuto de la playa, pero tuvimos una plaga de hormigas. Además, ha pasado un mes y todavía no nos han devuelto la fianza.

Bedankt voor de recensie! Fijn om te horen dat het appartement jullie is bevallen. Vervelend dat er een mierenplaag is geweest, daar hebben wij normaal gesproken geen last van! Volgens Vrbo is de borg gereserveerd op de creditcard, dus dit zou vanzelf goed moeten komen. De borg wordt geregeld via Vrbo, en niet bij de verhuurder van het appartement zelf...

Apartamento muy amplio y espacioso. Tiene todos los utensilios y accesorios necesarios. Aire acondicionado y ventilador en casi todas las habitaciones. Muy bien ubicado.

Viaje para adolescentes

Localización perfecta al lado de la playa y del paseo marítimo que es donde está todo el ocio nocturno. Todas las habitaciones son amplias con 3 baños, 3 pisos y 4 terrazas. Es justo lo que necesita un grupo de adolescentes.

Apartamento cómodo cerca de la playa y restaurantes. Como parte a mejorar sería la limpieza de los utensilios de cocina, aunque l limpieza del resto de la casa era impecable.

Estancia agradable

Cómodo y muy bien situado. Lo unico a mejorar: arreglar el telefonillo para abrir la puerta y cambiar cepillo, recogedor y fregona que estan en mal estado. Sigerencia: se deberia devolver la fianza nada mas entregar las llaves y comprobar que todo esta cortecto

Dank je wel voor de leuke recensie. De bediening van het hek wordt volgende week gemaakt. Dat was al geregeld. Naar de staat van het schoonmaakmateriaal zal ik kijken. Dat de borg pas na een week wordt terugbetaald is iets van Homeaway. Ik krijg er veel klachten over, maar heeft niets met mijn beleid te maken.
