Private detached villa with heated pool, air con, wi-fi, sleeps 8.

Hi we are Danielle and Jeff, we live in Somerset with our two children and Daisy the sausage dog.

After going away on numerous occasions on expensive holidays and being disappointed with either the location, service, or standard of accommodation we decided to purchase a property in an area that we knew we would be able to enjoy our holidays year after year and whatever the season.

Unbeknown to us at the time, after researching suitable places to holiday, we visited Javea and soon realised that not only could this be a holiday destination but somewhere we could potentially live in the future.

We therefore decided in late November 2015 to purchase a detached villa with private pool and spacious accommodation. Having completed in March 2016 a full refurbishment was required and we have since not only completely redecorated, but installed a new kitchen, boiler etc we have made it a 'home from home'.

We spend as much time as possible at the villa and have therefore not only furnished it to a high standard but equipped the property with modern furniture and accessories, including an american style fridge freezer with ice maker and water dispenser, miele dishwasher, two eye-level fan-assisted ovens, washing machine. Fully equipped kitchen. Sky TV (including sky movies and sport), Wi fi, televisions in two bedrooms as well as living room.

There area a number of areas to choose from when dining, a table for 8 in the dining room, a table for 10 in the nayo and a table for 12 in the outside kitchen/bbq area.

As we will be spending time in the villa all year round not only have we installed air conditioning throughout but we have gas central heating and a heated pool for the winter months.

We bought Villa Rufino in 2016 because it was light & spacious and within walking distance of two restaurants, Pinosol park (which has a bar and play area for children).

The villa itself is set within a quiet residential area, with an open plan living area, large Nayo which both lend themselves to being ideal for socialising.

Outside of the property offers great privacy, with a fantastic pool area, outside kitchen area with built in bbq, and plenty of food prep space including two sinks.

The property also offers easy access to the beach (approx 2km), Javea golf course and the Bowls Club. There is also paintballing, go-karting and numerous watersports all within easy reach of the villa.

You will be spoilt for choice for places to eat in Javea not only does it have Michelin starred restaurants but good quality restaurants to suit all budgets.

There are Aqua Parks, Zoos, Theme Parks, boat trips to Denia and Ibiza, evening entertainment and shows all within 20-30 minutes drive from the villa.
