Villa Oceano is situated in Costa Brava, an exclusive development located mid-way between San Jose del Cabo and Cabo San Lucas. Situated in a duplex style, this property consists of two side-by-side houses that each feature a kitchen, living area, and two bedrooms with balconies.

Every room in this home commands incredible views of the Sea of Cortez. High ceilings and a spacious floor plan completes the picture. A heated pool and outdoor barbecue make it easy to enjoy the delightful Los Cabos weather while private beach access gives guests the opportunity to enjoy the miles of sandy beach anytime the mood strikes.

Wonderful family getaway

We had two families of four stay at this property, and we had a wonderful time. Houses were clean and very well equipped, views were beautiful (whale sightings daily!) and beach was just a minute walk down a path. The community is very quiet and the road noise was minimal - i rarely noticed it at all. We loved jumping in the pool every day and this made the perfect home base for exploring beaches and restaurants along the corridor, as well as only 15 min to San Jose and 20 to San Lucas. We stay in this area a lot and this was one of our favorite homes - would absolutely return!
