Four bedrooms, 1 bedroom with a double bed 140x200, 1 bedroom with 2 twin beds of 80x200, with (in addition) 1 bed weekend child, 1 room with 2 bunk beds of 1 bed 90x190 and 1 bed 140x200, 1 office including 1 sofa of a real bed of 140x200. Up to 3 beds with bunk beds for young people in a chalet in the garden.
1 bathroom (baby exchange possibility), 1 shower room, 2 separate toilets. Basement with washing machine and dryer and a baby stroller.
Enclosed garden (maisonnette for child), privative parking for 3 vehicles, possibility of storing your equipments of beach, bicycles and veil.

Très bon séjour dans cette grande maison de famille, chauffée à notre arrivée maison confortable tout près des commerces et de la plage. Nous étions 10, avons profité de l espace à l intérieur, de la véranda même non chauffée il y faisait bon. La ville était bien animée avec Halloween, les enfants étaient contents, on a même utilisé la poussette canne pour notre petite fille de 4 ans, que des bons moments en famille.

Très bonne localisation le temps d'un week-end entre amis

Maison très bien localisée à 200 m de la plage. Nous avons pu profiter de la Baule et ses environs. Assez spacieux pour 3 couples avec enfants (8 voyageurs au total). Le stationnement est également pratique, nous avions 3 véhicules tous garés dans l'enceinte. La maison est bien équipée et il y a même des condiments pour faciliter la cuisine. Le propriétaire est disponible si besoin. Petit bémol sur la propreté des lieux à notre arrivée. Il est dommage qu'il ne soit pas proposé une formule ménage ce qui permettrait de garantir le niveau de prestation, forcément inégal en fonction des visiteurs qui nous précédent. Cela permettrait y compris de partir l'esprit tranquille sans consacrer ses dernières heures au nettoyage des lieux.

Séjour de nouvel an agréable

La location correspond parfaitement à l'annonce. La maison est bien équipée. Dommage que la véranda ne soit pas chauffée car elle est très lumineuse mais nous étions au courant de ce point. Le point négatif de notre séjour est le fait que l'on a pas pu laisser nos poubelles sur places, il a fallu les déposer dans un contenair dans la rue (on est sorti en pleine nuit pour ne pas se faire voir)

2jours et demi au reveillon du 31janvier 2020.L immense plage de la Baule a proximite.Un petit bemol,nous pensions profiter de la veranda mais le chauffage n y fonctionnait pas . Ceci dit l interieur de la maison est tres grand et nous avons mis les rallonges a la table de salle a manger pour etre à l aise lors des repas.Madame GESLOT
