Séjour à 14 personnes

La vue et l'emplacement de la maison sont vraiment idéal ! Le seul point négatif est l'aménagement de la maison qui n'est pas fait en réalité pour 14 personnes. Il y a bien les couchages mais la cuisine est vraiment petite, le frigo pas adapté pour 14, la table on y mange a 14 mais bien serré, un seul canapé 3 places, une petite table de salon, 3 salles de bain veillottes... La maison est super si le temps est de la partie car on l'on vit dehors, à l'intérieur à 14 c'est pas l'idéal.

monsieur je lis votre message avec attention et je respecte vos appréciations au même titre que celles de tous mes clients qui disent grand bien de Villa Plaisance. Quelques points méritent des précisions pour que vos propos ne soient pas des inexactitudes. la cuisine salle à manger n'est pas immense. en revanche le salon est spacieux. outre le canapé dont vous parlez, des fauteuils confortables permettent de bien accueillir 14 personnes. la table du salon (1m90 par 0m90) permet de servir facilement les gouters et ou les apéritifs dinatoires. Le frigo congélateur dans la cuisine est complété par un deuxième frigo très accessible. quand aux salles de bain qualifiée de vieillottes , je peux imaginer que vos métiers de plombier annoncés pourraient y être pour quelque chose .... nombre de mes clients apprécient cette vieille maison dont j'ai gardé quelques aménagements d'origine. Je me permets d'ajouter ceci : J'incite tous mes clients à venir visiter la villa avant leur venue dans la mesure de leurs disponibilités. À ce jour aucun client visiteur n'a renoncé à signer le contrat. Enfin j'ajoute que de plus en plus de clients reviennent plusieurs fois hiver comme été. on peut dire que vous n'avez pas eu très beau temps. face aux aléas de la météo, la villa est équipée de trois terrasses couvertes dont une avec une très grande table. Vue incroyable

Nous avons passé trois jours dans cette jolie maison au bord de la mer. La maison est bien équipée, pleine de charme et son emplacement est juste exceptionnel. Il y a plein de balades à faire à pied tout autour, un escalier juste devant le jardin mène directement à la plage. Je recommande vivement

Le lieu est tout de même extraordinaire ! La maison est très agréable et confortable, les chambres sont assez petites, peu donnent sur la mer...mais après tout l'important c'est d'être dehors... Nous avons énormément apprécié et nous vous remercions de la simplicité de l'accueil et du départ. Désolé pour la clé ;=)) Tout le monde veut revenir...

lieu trés sympa pour retrouvailles familiales , superbe vue

Nous avons passés 3 jours dans un lieu idéal pour celà car configuration idéale pour cohabiter petits et grands , plusieurs niveaux , une jolie prairie presque en bord de mer, commerces à 300 métres, de quoi faire la cuisine , de jolies balades ....

Superbe fin de semaine en bord d'eau

Nous étions 10 adultes : 5 couples , 4 enfants et un bébé de moins de 2 ans. Les enfants ont dormi ensemble dans la grande chambre et chaque couple avait son lit 2 places !!! Nous avons pu profiter des terrasses et manger tout en regardant passer au loin les bateaux !! Surtout, n'hésitez pas à contacter Catherine pour lever toutes craintes à la lecture du contrat villa Plaisance !! Un seul regret, celui d'être obligé de laisser la villa aux autres et devoir partir !!!

Magnifique maison familiale dans un cade idyllique

Vue sur la mer dans un bel écrin

Idéalement située, dans une impasse avec vue sur mer, donnant sur un chemin piétonnier, cette maison est vaste, atypique, et surtout chaleureuse. Maison idéale pour des réunions de famille

Nous avons organisé une réunion de famille (14 personnes) dans la Villa Plaisance, et nous y avons passé une très bonne semaine. La maison est spacieuse avec un grand jardin, plusieures terrasses et des accès directs à différentes pièces. La vue sur l'océan est magnifique, et il suffit de descendre un escalier pour accéder à une plage plutôt familiale et entourée de falaises. Tout le monde a été ravi du séjour.
