A fantastic modern Appartment with a 220sqm Internal Layout & a Large 50 sqm Back Yard with a BBQ Area.

The place is a few minutes from the promenade and very close to the sea.

Reachable by Bus & By Car which is 15 Minutes away from the airport.

Excellent very clean loverly appartment

From start to finish this has been great no problems...very easy to book and check in...property very high standard and everything provided for....if you need anything just ask Marino more than happy to help( she arranged a cake for me )...this property is a must for anyone...carnt fault it...

Grand, beau, bien situé

Le propriétaire: Nous n'avons pas rencontré le propriétaire en personne, mais il a été très réactif via WhatsApp pour répondre à nos questions et nous apporter son aide en cas de besoin. Il a fourni un guide très utile concernant les choses à voir, des numéros d'urgence etc. Il a été très souple concernant l'heure d'arrivée et nous a laissé de quoi faire notre premier repas. Super ! La localisation: Marsascala est très sympa et l'appartement est tout près du centre - port, restos, aire de jeu pour enfants, supérettes... Pour rentrer, il y a une côte à monter, peut-être un peu raide pour de jeunes enfants. La plage la plus proche, de Saint Thomas, est très bien, on s'y gare facilement. L'appartement lui-même: Très spacieux, design impeccable. La chambre parentale est parfaite, grand lit très confortable, clim, salle de bains. Les deux autres chambres sont plus basiques - literie moyenne (ok pour des enfants), pas de clim mais des ventilateurs. Au mois d'août il faisait très très chaud dans l'appartement - on aurait aimé avoir la clim (ou plus de ventilateurs) dans les autres pièces. Cuisine bien équipée (mais la vaisselle n'était pas très propre à notre arrivée). Terrasse derrière l'appartement à l'ombre le soir (parfait), bien équipée. Dans l'ensemble, très bon rapport qualité-prix.
