Tolle Gastgeber, Zentrale Lage, saubere und auch gemütliche Unterkunft, ein wenig optimierte Bilder und die Straße ist sehr deutlich wahrnehmbar. Aber im großen und ganzen Top!

Die Unterkunft hat eine super Lage. Nur unweit davon entfernt, befinden sich kleine Shops, Restaurants und der Strand. Die Unterkunft selbst war sauber und schön eingerichtet.Vorallem die Terrasse und der angrenzende Garten sind sehr schön. Die drei einzelnen Bäder und Schlafzimmer waren natürlich auch super, wenn man mehrere Leute sind.Einziger Kritikpunkt sind die Zeiten vom Check In und Check Out.Auschecken schon um 10 Uhr, einchecken dann allerdings erst um 16 Uhr.Auf Nachfrage, ob man erst um 11 Uhr auschecken kann, da wir noch einen kleinen Geburtstagsbrunch hatten, hieß es, es geht leider nicht wegen dem putzen.Nicht sehr entgegenkommend und auch nicht passend für ein stressfreies auschecken.

Es tut uns leid, dass wir Ihrem Wunsch, eine Stunde später abzureisen, aufgrund der Anreise anderer Gäste am selben Tag und einer bereits gebuchten Putzfrau, deren Terminplan Wochen im Voraus ausgebucht ist, nicht nachkommen konnten. Wenn möglich, würden wir dies unseren Gästen ermöglichen. Ich hoffe wir sehen uns wieder.

Einfach wunderbar

Ein sehr schönes 3-Zimmer-Appartment mit Küche und kleinem Wohnzimmer. Jedes Zimmer hat ein eigenes Bad. Gemütliche Terrasse mit Gasgrill. Valentina und ihre Familie sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Lebensmittelmärkte, Restaurants und der schöne Sandstrand sind fußläufig zu erreichen. Sehr empfehlenswert !

Super Urlaub

Sehr erholsam in Medulin und Umgebung, ( Lizjan, Pomer, Banjole). Restaurants super, Wetter toll und das Meer sehr warm und sauberes klares Wasser. Immer wieder gerne in dieser Region

Alles Super!

Die Wohnung war sauber und schön eingerichtet, genau wie es auf den Bildern zu sehen war. Valentina und ihre Familie waren sehr freundlich. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und hatten einen schönen Urlaub. Liebe Grüße

Urlaub in Medulin

Das Haus war sehr schön, und es gab viele verschiedene und schöne Strände in der Nähe. Diese waren sehr gut zu Fuß erreichbar.

Fijne locatie, alles wat je nodig hebt (winkels, restaurant, strand) op loopafstand. Vriendelijke eigenaar, alles goed geregeld. Prima woning, ideaal voor familie met tieners want iedereen kan zijn eigen gang gaan (alle 3 slaapkamers met airco en eigen badkamer)

Schöne, moderne und zentrumsnahe Ferienwohnung

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub in Medulin. Die Ferienwohnung ist in sehr gutem Zustand und modern eingerichtet. Die Lage ist aus unserer Sicht perfekt - zentrumsnah, und doch nicht mittendrin. Die ersten Restaurants sind nach 100m erreicht, der Bäcker und ein kleiner Supermarkt sind 100-200 m entfernt. Zum Hafen sind es ca. 800m, bis zum Sandstrand etwa 1 km (der ist im Hochsommer aber sowieso völlig überfüllt ;-)) Zwei kleine Minuspunkte: - ich war aufgrund der Beschreibung "Villa Mari" davon ausgegangen, ein Ferienhaus und keine Ferienwohnung gebucht zu haben. Schlussendlich war das bei der Anreise etwas überraschend, aber nicht weiter schlimm - die Wohnung hat einen eigenen Eingang und eine schöne Veranda. - leider war die Kaffeemaschine bereits bei Anreise defekt (undicht); trotz Hinweis hat es die Vermieterin leider in 10 Tagen nicht geschafft, für Ersatz zu sorgen. Wir haben dann eben türkischen Kaffee gemacht ging auch. Ich hätte dennoch erwartet, dass da innerhalb von 2-3 Tagen für Ersatz gesorgt wird.

Schönes Appartement in toller Lage

Ein schönes, modern eingerichtetes Appartement in guter Lage. Wir hatten eine schöne Terrasse zur Verfügung. Auch der große Garten und ein Hof mit Parkmöglichkeit durfte genutzt werden, was gerade für Kinder toll ist. Die Besitzerin ist sehr nett und zuvorkommend gewesen, wir haben uns sehr gut aufgenommen gefühlt. Zum Strand sind es zu Fuß ca. 10 Minuten. Restaurants, Cafés und die Promenade sind in ein paar Gehminuten zu erreichen. Die nächste große Stadt Pula ist etwa 12 km entfernt. Pula ist mit ihrer schönen Altstadt und der Arena wirklich sehenswert. Es gibt dort einen Markt, der jeden Tag geöffnet hat, wo man frisches Gemüse aus der Region und frischen Fisch bekommt. Zusammengefasst haben wir uns in Medulin sehr wohl gefühlt und können das Appartement sehr empfehlen.
