It was an amazing stay

The location is awesome and just a walk away from everything. The condo is on a corner lot so there is plenty of private space. Terry Is quick to respond and a nice guy. 10/10 stay definitely would recommend to others!

Great deal

We enjoyed our stay. Our townhouse needed a little updating and fresh paint but overall it was not too bad. Love the fact it is a gated property and security was awesome.

Great stay for family of 5

We had a great trip! Location was perfect, truly a 5 minute walk to the beach. And an easy walk at that. Lots of walkable restaurants too. Pools were great. Wish a couple pools would have been a little cleaner, but that is not the fault of this property. The resort as a whole was not very crowded which was great. Only complaint with the property is everything was dated. Definitely time for some updates for the washer/dryer and a few other things. Overall, would definitely stay again!

A quiet getaway

The condo was just as the owner, Mr. Crouch advertised. He was also very helpful and even offered to pay for our meal out one night because the dishwasher was not working. While the condo may need a little updating, it was very cozy and we will definately consider returning.

Wonderful Experience

Our unit was exceptionally and deeply cleaned. It was very refreshing and easy to find. The man that owned the unit (Mr.Terry) was very helpful and helped us with anything that we needed and made sure we knew if we needed anything, he’d be available. I’d definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a family vacation or maybe even a couples vacation. We had a great time and I’ll definitely be staying here again!

The condo was nice and clean upon arrival but I would advise you to bring a box fan as the AC system does not seem capable of being able to maintain a temperature of less than 75 degrees during the prime heat of the day. Overnight it was able to cool the unit down but the fan downstairs in the living room does not go very fast. The owner was very responsive when we had questions and the location is fantastic in proximity to the beach access. The beds are comfy and having a king size is a plus. Also bring your own putters and golf balls if you intend of playing putt-putt on the resort property as these are not included with this unit unless you want to pay the resort a fee (I think it's 5 - not sure if that is per person or not). I would recommend anyone to stay at this property for the price point and location.

Had a great time. Wanted to stay alittle longer, never enough time on Beach. Did Beach and rode the Sea Screamer and had a great time and eat some good fooc.

Minutes from the beach

Pros: The location was a short walk from the beach in a gated community. It is across the street from the beach. Overall it was the most affordable place to stay that weekend by the beach. It is near everything! Cons: The unit could use a deep cleaning. The furniture was dated and flimsy. It was so much dust on the top of the walls and pictures that I went and bought a Swiffer duster to dust my room with. Lots of finger smudges on light switches & walls (Luckily I brought Clorox wipes). The white sheets were stained on the king bed. The washing machine was very old but it works. New furniture, carpet cleaning, and a paint job would make this place so much better. After I cleaned the areas I was able to sleep comfortably. Also could add a golf cart like the other units had to drive to the gate to the beach for people with mobility issues.

Great Location!

The location of the property was fantastic! The beach just was a short walk, along with many restaurants and other things to do. The nearby pools were great. There was so much to do within a 15 minute drive of the location. The property was comfortable and homey, many updates have been done and the washer and dryer was amazing to have access to. Overall, the only complaints would be that the carpets could use a good scrubbing on the stairs, along with cleaning the baseboards and door frames around the whole townhome where it was visibly dirty. Very little to complain about! Aside from that, everything was great! Terry is a fantastic host! He was very patient and kind when we had a mix up with the door code numbers to get the keys at check in.

The location was great but could definitely use a few fixes.

The location was perfect, maybe a 5 minute walk to the beach and there was heated pools as well. The sleeper sofa was so hard and sunk in we made other sleeping arrangements for my son. The balcony on the upper floor needs to be repaired. I wouldn’t let my kids out there. We loved being able to cook there and having 3 bathrooms was a plus.

This condo is in the middle of everything. We really enjoyed the privacy with it being an end unit. It’s a quick walk across the street to the beach and it was very family friendly. Terry, the owner was quick to respond to any questions.
