The Space:

Guest Access:
Access to the apartment is via a secure communal entrance from the main street, followed by a private apartment entrance. Please note that once inside the building, access to the apartment is via a flight of stairs, as there is no lift

Step outside and you’ll find the promenade, a wide selection of restaurants, cafés, bars, seafront shops, and local amenities all just moments away. It’s the perfect choice for guests who want to enjoy the beach, dine out, and experience the lively charm of Playa Blanca without needing to travel far, everything is quite literally on your doorstep. As with any property in such a central and lively location, there can be some noise, particularly during the evenings. A nearby bar hosts live music most nights, usually until around midnight, adding to the resort atmosphere. Guests looking for a vibrant, central base are likely to love the location, while those seeking complete peace and very early nights may wish to consider this before booking.
Getting Around:
Everything you need is right on your doorstep, from the beach to a wide selection of restaurants, cafés, and bars, making it easy to enjoy Playa Blanca without needing a car. Taxis are readily available and affordable, while Lanzarote’s well-connected bus network offers a convenient way to explore further afield. If you’d like to explore more of the island, we can also arrange car hire through a trusted local company, with the option of airport collection or delivery if required.

A generous welcome pack will be waiting for you, including tea, coffee, milk, sugar, water, orange juice, beer, biscuits, and a bottle of wine or Cava, perfect after a long journey!
Bed linen, towels, and pool towels are all provided for your stay.
For stays of more than 12 nights, a weekly mid-stay housekeeping service is included. This is a light clean, along with fresh linen and towels, and takes place every 7 days (for example, on day 7 of a 2-week stay, and days 7 and 14 for longer stays). For longer stays, this continues every 7 days thereafter. For bookings of 12 nights or fewer, additional cleaning is not included, but can be arranged on request at an additional cost.
Air conditioning is available and operates on a pay-as-you-use basis at €0.75 per kWh. The meter accepts €1 and €2 coins, and can also be pre-loaded for your arrival during normal working hours if preferred.
Pool heating is included during the winter months. During the summer months (1st May to 30th September), solar heating is provided, with the option to add electric heating for an additional daily charge if you’d like a little extra warmth.
The hot tub is also available to add to your booking for an additional daily charge, ideal for making your stay that little bit more special!
If you’re travelling with little ones, cots and high chairs can be arranged at €25 per week, per item, payable in cash on arrival directly to the local hire company.
A breakage cover fee of £10 per person is included in your booking. This replaces the need for a traditional security deposit and covers accidental damage up to £400, giving you added peace of mind throughout your stay.

Interaction with Guests:
We operate a convenient self check-in system, so there is no need to meet on arrival. The main entrance to the building is secured with a digital lock, and your unique access code will be provided once the online check-in has been completed.
Inside the entrance hall, you will find individual key safes for each apartment. We will provide you with the codes for both the building access and your apartment key safe prior to your arrival, ensuring a smooth and straightforward check-in experience.
