Windfall is a charming 5 bedroom (comfortable beds with three that are KING sized), 3 1/2 bath home (THREE ENSUITES) with unobstructed views of the gulf in Mexico Beach, Florida. Located on the very eastern end of Mexico Beach, Windfall is situated on top of a bluff that provides exceptional views of the gulf and the amazing sunsets. You'll find Windfall to be private as the property is surrounded by trees and located on the least busy end of the beach. The top deck has an amazing 180 degree view of the beautiful gulf and the bottom deck is a great shaded space that you are able to catch the a relaxing gulf breeze.

We love the privacy, white sand steps away and mostly the perfect sunsets off the deck of our home.
