Located on one of the LARGEST RESIDENTIAL LOTS in all of Lake Havasu City, this former 'model home' has four bedrooms, three baths, a Game Room and is only 3 blocks from the London Bridge.
It currently has 4 bedrooms and 3 FULL bathrooms, plus a game room.
We have recently remodeled the house by adding another bedroom and full bathroom with a beautiful shower, We have also added an outdoor shower.
The game room has a tournament pool table, 2 player indoor basketball, pac man and ms pac man arcade games, plus a large ROKU smart TV to watch all of your favorite shows and movies. The huge circular drive way, has plenty of parking for anything you can pull. This home has an incredible view of the lake. It is right across the street from Panda Express, KFC, Wienerschnitzel, Carl's JR and El Pollo Loco.
It's a NON smoking NON Party home and we would like our guests to keep it that way. We are continually making updates to ensure your stay is as enjoyable as ours.


Pool and hot tub, plus new outdoor shower, BBQ, gazebo, and patio will make your backyard get-togethers more enjoyable. A picture is worth a thousand words, so enjoy the pictures. Please read the Guest Comments from past renters and feel free to call or text me.

The house was a great size for 14 people! At no point did we feel cramped or out of space. Little bit of a walk to the London Bridge, but great location and option with that many people. We throughly enjoyed our stay and would happily book here again!

Perfect location in Havasu

The location and size of the property were perfect for the weekend we had scheduled. Enough room inside for entire family and my pets. Instructions were left for everything except the televisions as far as getting connected to the internet, but really did not need the tvs due to everything else we did over the weekend. Loved that it was a short walk to the London Bridge and shops. Will definitely stay here again

Perfect location and close to everything. Plenty of parking for our 4 cars plus boat. Fit all 14 of us with ease and plenty for our teenagers to do. Would book again and recommend to others.

We were in town for the Desert Storm boat show. The property location is great, close to London Bridge area, restaurants, grocery stores. We made a few meals and ate outside on patio by the pool. We would definitely rent again.

Amazing Lake Home

This was an amazing vacation home! It had all amenities. You literally only need to pack your clothes. Kitchen was fully stocked with anything you need to cook or BBQ. It was a great location close to the marina and centrally located with stores, restaurants and gas stations on the same street. Will definitely be booking again!

This home met our family's needs perfectly! We traveled with our two daughters, son-in-law and grandson - 18 months - it met all of our needs perfectly! Great time would stay again

Awesome house, we had 3 cars and 3 boats the long circular driveway was perfect and made getting in and out a breeze. Super close to tons of fast food our young adults loved being able to walk to food and the bars. The house had everything we needed, extra towels extra blankets extra fans. We grilled one night and hung out by the pool which was great, tons of seating for a large group. The game room was fun and helped to have the two living rooms for everyone to spread out. Would definitely stay again. Communication with the owner was easy.

We stayed at this property 2 years ago as well. Sadly the property hasn’t seen much love in the 2 year period. No working lights in master, difficulty closing patio door, towels etc not ready on our arrival. Not a bad experience - just disappointing lack of maintenance and care…

Truly enjoyed the home. It was well stocked, spacious and centrally located to all amenities. The gas barbecue grill was clean and easy to use. We barbecue our entire stay, so a clean working grill is important. The pool was nice with plenty of outdoor seating for the entire family. I would have given 5 stars in all categories except the front and back yard were not tidy. There was scaffolding, ladders and tools left in the back and side yard. Found that unattractive when enjoying the back yard. Overall it was a great experience!

30th birthday getaway

The house was perfect location! Nice space inside. Beds very comfortable. He was nice enough to let us access the pool before our check-in time :) Some issues we had were two burners not working on the stove, dishwasher not working (and you couldn’t even put dishes in to dry because the whole unit would fall out), food already in fridge and freezer, fridge water and ice machine didn’t work, and there were clean towels and clothing from the owners on one of the beds when we arrived. The trash dumpsters were already full when 12 of us arrived, so we had nowhere except the side of the house to put all the cans and trash we went through in the four days.

Great Location

We were three couples staying in Lake Havasu for the first time. There are several positive attributes about this property: excellent communication with the owner, a well-stocked kitchen, fun game room and good outdoor cooking options, including two grills. Sadly, there were many negatives: dirty bathrooms, including one with a frito and hair on the floor; dirty dishes and silverware in the drawers and cupboards; dusty and neglected backyard with no landscaping; tools, wheelbarrow, and other debris laying around; hot tub jets not working properly; untidy front porch area, and old outdoor furniture that was not as pictured. There was a general feel of neglect and lack of maintenance. Overall, this house has great potential, and is very spacious. We enjoyed the great location and beautiful sunsets.

When we arrived to the Vrbo, first there was vehicles out at end of driveway on a busy street that made very difficult to see and turn in Got into house and well let’s just say it’s a house probably hasn’t been renovated in last 30 years. Went to check out the pool and hot tub cause that’s where we spend a lot of time both were extremely dirty and not just from wind cool decking missing in several places dirt built up all over in hot tub and poolWe asked the owners through txt to clean it no reps ones till Day later that they would send someone but never saw anyone we cleaned it ourselves good enough to use. Overall ok place to sleep and wake up and leave again , I wish I would’ve done research and stayed somewhere else.

Damian, I also wish I would have done some research on you guys also. In your booking you only put 4 people There were 3 large SUVs and a 6 passenger truck. From the beginning you were not upfront or true. I was disheartened to see that many cars but decided to look the other way. Way more than 4 guests. I paid the pool company to come for an extra cleaning for you. They came the next day and sent me a photo. If you would have told me you had cleaned the pool I would’ve not had them come. They said the winds a few days before we’re the worst they’ve ever experienced here. Non of your other comments have any merit. I hope other hosts do some research on you before letting you book with them.

Well....the house is ok. The location is good. The pool and spa were unusable and we didn't get any notice. We got a slight refund but nothing worthy of NOT having a spa to use,as that was a major reason we booked this property. There was also issues with the Dish TV service. The house needs a facelift,but it's not bad. The game room is very cramped and only a Pac Man game along with a pool table and an air hockey table is in there. Well there is a drum kit,half set up correctly,and one stick🤷

Michael, Im sorry but I just got informed that morning that the pool pump wasn't working. Surprisingly it's only 11 months old and was covered under warrantee. Things happen and we agreed the credit was fair. We just remodeled half the house, you're the only person that ever said that. The Dish TV worked fine after you reset it.

My friends and I have been visiting Lake Havasu since 1993 for the soul purpose of riding jet skis. After making countless trips from Los Angeles my family finally got curious enough to see what all the fuss was about. Wow they all loved lake !! What an incredible view, big home, pool, hot tub and on one of the largest residential lots in Lake Havasu City. I suggested we buy it, he agreed. Now there are two destinations that we have to choose from when heading to Lake Havasu (by now you have probably figured out that my whole family is gung-ho about vacationing there). Two more relatives partnered with me in the purchase of The Kings View Condo that is the 'best address in Lake Havasu'. My only hope is that you love Havasu as much as we do.
