The home was great for our family reunion of 20 people. The pool was nice, private, plenty of parking, close to Zion Natl. Park. Well stocked kitchen, nice location in town. We enjoyed early morning walks by the river nearby.

We had a great stay. Plenty of room for the family. the Playground for the kids was a big plus, one of the biggest reasons I chose the property. Host / Cliff and Rose were very responsive to our questions. The property was close enough to Zion for hiking during the day and very quiet during the night for relaxing. Overall, a great stay.
