Newly renovated, modern, ocean front, prime location! Walk to everything!

Completely renovated in 2022 with brand new, modern furnishings and located in the heart of Myrtle Beach, our condo is a fourth floor unit with amazing, direct-oceanfront views! We have both indoor and outdoor pools and hot tubs, an oceanfront lawn full of lounge chairs, Adirondack chairs and tables with umbrellas, complementary cable TV and wifi and there's no shortage of sandy beach and miraculous views!

We have completely renovated our oceanfront condo with new paint, new flooring, new living room and dining furniture, new 55 inch TV, new drapes and bedding, new lighting, new hot water heater, and much more... It's modern, it's crisp, it's casual and it's comfortable! We've provided lots of home conveniences, as well as storage for you to stow your own comforts from home.

You can enjoy the most amazing sunrises (and sunsets!) and watching dolphins swim the shoreline from our private balcony; relax in the indoor and outdoor pools and hot tubs; snuggle up with a good book in one of many lounge chairs located in the resort's beautifully landscaped, oceanfront lawn; and walk a couple blocks to a variety of neighborhood restaurants, coffee, donut and ice cream shops and wine bars! We are less than 10 blocks to Myrtle Beach's famous boardwalk and Sky Wheel, a half mile from the convention center, and less than a mile from Broadway at the Beach and Myrtle Beach Pelican baseball field!

LR has a brand new, modern, queen sleeper-sofa arriving late February, a 55" flat screen TV, and access to private balcony overlooking the ocean - you can see dolphin swimming in the ocean without having to leave the couch! We also have a brand new dining table that seats four with amazing beach and ocean views!

BR has a king sized bed, flat screen TV, nice sized closet and dresser for storing your belongings!

Kitchen features granite counter tops with an eat-up bar, freshly painted walls and cabinets. It's small, but fully equipped with refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee maker, pots, pans. For those who prefer taking a vacation from kitchen duty, ask about our favorite restaurants within walking distance of our condo!

Bathroom is clean and bright with tub/shower combo, dual vanities and freshly painted cabinets and walls.

Weekend Conference Stay

Steve and Sara are wonderful ❤️. I enjoyed staying at the condo which is beautifully located at the beach. The bed was very comfortable and it was even a heating pad which was conveniently located their just for me 😄. The condo is very beautifully decorated and everything was there to me my comfort level. They were even gracious enough to let me stay an extra hour so I could visit the beach Sunday morning since I was at my teacher's conference all day. It was nice to be able to pack up without rushing. The bed is very comfy and the space is well lit. I love the double sinks in the bathroom.

I could not access the vrbo website, so I had some problems accessing the condo. Also, please change the wifi instructions on the condo instructions. Wifi is NOT via izone Meridian it is Blue Horizon. Otherwise, the condo was great. The bed was very comfortable, the balcony was fantastic, the shower pressure was great, and the appliances worked great.Very clean and neat, comfortable and quiet. Easy access to parking, restaurants, and things to do.

Nice condo with beautiful views!

Me and my husband and 2 teenage daughters stayed in this condo. It was a very covenient location to everything. My daughter had a dance competition at the covention center and it was only 5 minutes away. The view from the balcony was amazing and we really enjoyed the time on the beach!

We are outdoor enthusiasts living in NC with our children and pet chickens :). We grew up vacationing in Myrtle Beach and one of our lifelong dreams was to have own own place at the beach. Christmas 2016, we took the plunge and made that dream come true. We are excited to share our dream with you!

Why they chose this property

The minute we set foot on the balcony we knew this was it. We never tire of the amazing views from our condo - we see dolphin swimming by all the time. If there is one thing that can drag us out of bed early Saturday morning, it's seeing the sun rise. And if there's one thing that can lull us to sleep, it's the roar of the waves.

Walking the beach, biking the boardwalk, surfing the waves, swimming in the onsite pools, riding the Sky Wheel, shopping the outlet malls, Broadway on the Beach, and Pelican's minor league baseball are all just a stone's throw from our unit. You can do as much or as little as you want! (just an fyi, It's tradition to end each night with a soak in the hot tub.)

We are die hard foodies and are amazed by the variety of places within a few blocks walking distance of our condo - seafood, pizza, pancake houses (Harry's is our favorite), wine bars, Starbucks, Indian, Thai, Krispy Kreme... The choices are endless

What makes this property unique

This was our first oceanfront condo, and it's the one that set the standard for how we care for every space we host.

We completely renovated this condo with the goal of creating a space that feels fresh, comfortable, and genuinely enjoyable to spend time in. Everything from the flooring and paint to the furniture, lighting, and bedding was chosen with care - not to impress, but to make the space feel easy and livable.

The living area is bright and open, with a comfortable queen sleeper sofa, a 55in TV, and sliding doors that lead straight out to the oceanfront balcony. You can watch the sunrise, spot dolphins along the shoreline, or simply listen to the waves without leaving the couch. There's also a dining table for four, perfectly positioned so meals come with a beach view.

The bedroom has a king-size bed, flat-screen TV, closet, and dresser - plenty of room to unpack and settle in. The kitchen is compact but fully equipped with quartz countertops, an eat-up bar, and everything you need for simple meals, coffee in the morning, or snacks between beach trips.

The bathroom is clean and bright with a tub/shower combo and dual vanities, making it easy for guests to get ready without feeling cramped.

Outside the condo, guests love the indoor and outdoor pools and hot tubs, the landscaped oceanfront lawn, and how walkable everything is. You're a short stroll from local restaurants and cafes, under a mile from Broadway at the Beach, and close enough to the boardwalk to enjoy it - without being overwhelmed by it.

This space is meant to feel calm, comfortable, and cared for - a place where you can relax and enjoy the coast without feeling like you're in a hotel.
