Villa Bianca is a modern house, built with modern concepts, class A, nicely decorated, very warm and relaxing. Dominant color is white for both the structure and the furnishings. Lawn on 3 sides with two paved teak terraces. The house of a total of 140 squared meters is on three floors. First floor with living room, kitchen and bathroom with shower. Second floor with three well separeted bedrooms with 3 beds (1 king size, 1 queen size and 1 single) and a bathroom. Between the first and second flor there is an elevator just for 1/2 persons. The third floor is the basement with a space room for guests and a bathroom: but this part of the house (20sqm) is not for rent.
Access to the beach area through a private gate (50 meters from the gate complex); after a few steps you arrive to a charming wooden walkway above the natural sand dunes covered by vegetation of the natural park. Then the see.

Really nice house with perfect location

A really lovely house with every accomodation you need to spend a perfect holiday. We even found a dutch novel our daughter started to read :). It really is close to the beach, with just 5-10 mins walk. By car, Livorno, Pisa and even Florence are very closeby, and perfect getaways for when you want a break from the beach. The owner is a friendly guy who is very responsive and reachable should you have questions. We felt very welcome! Thanks for a lovely holiday!

La vita era bella in Italia!

We had a great stay in Villa Bianca! Firstly, we'd like to thank Alfredo for being the perfect host. He welcomed us warmly and gave us a complete insight in the villa and the surroundings. He also gave us some tips for restaurants and the highlights of the region. Secondly, the villa is exactly as described on the website. It has everything we needed for a great vacation and the beach, shops and other facilities are very close. Finally, the region is one great mix of friendly & gentle people, amazing cultural sites (Pisa, Firenze, Lucca, Cinque Terre...), fine restaurants with delicious food and not to forget, great sunny weather. In conclusion, the stay was magnifiscent. Thanks Alfredo, Ciao!

Sehr schönes Haus in einer schönen Umgebung

Wer Sonne, Strand und Erholung sucht ist hier genau richtig. In ca. 8 Minuten erreicht man einen öffentlichen Strand, ein paar Meter weiter kann man Liegen und Sonnenschirme an einem sehr sauberen Strandstück mieten. Einen Bäcker für Frühstück und Sandwiches erreicht man in ca. 5 Minuten, einen City-Supermarkt in ca. 10 Minuten und viele Restaurants - alles zu Fuß. Das Haus ist sehr sauber und man findet alles was man so braucht. Alfredo ist der beste Gastgeber den man sich vorstellen kann! Er ist jederzeit für Fragen erreichbar und kümmert sich toll um seine Gäste - vielen Dank dafür.

Empfehlenswert!

Wir haben mit unserer fünfköpfigen Familie in der Unterkunft einen wunderbaren Urlaub verlebt. Sie ist sehr nah am freien Strand gelegen, der sauber und einladend ist. In der Nähe befindet sich ein kleines Nahversorgungszentrum mit ein paar Geschäften einschließlich eines gut sortierten Supermarktes sowie einiger Restaurants und Bars, die man gut besuchen kann. Obwohl wir Ende Juli/ Anfang August bei Tagestemperaturen über 30 Grad da waren, ließ es sich in der nicht klimatisierten Wohnung überraschend gut aushalten. Die gesamte Anlage ist so gebaut, dass sich die Wohnung tagsüber nicht zu sehr aufheizte und bereits am frühen Abend gut lüften und damit abkühlen ließ. Die Tage haben wir dann jeweils auf der sehr einladenden Terasse ausklingen lassen. Danke, Alfredo, für den schönen Aufenthalt.

Toller Strandurlaub

Die Villa Bianca bietet genau das, wie es beschrieben wurde. Alfredo hat uns alles erklärt und war immer bei Fragen erreichbar. Der Strand ist bequem zu Fuß zu erreichen. Außerdem ist es eine tolle Ausgangslage um die Städte Pisa, Lucca und Florenz zu erkunden - gleich nach dem Städtetrip nochmal zum Strand. In Livorno (ca. 10min mit dem Auto) findet man jeden Supermarkt den man braucht. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit. Viele Grüße

Wir wurden herzlich empfangen und der Vermieter stand immer für notwendige Informationen bereit. Die Wohnung in einer Wohnanlage liegt nah am Meer und das hat uns gut gefallen. Man ist wirklich schnell am Stand. Ein Laden ist fußläufig zu erreichen und das Kochen auf dem guten Gasherd macht Spaß. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt.

Vacanza Giugno 2021

Siamo stati benissimo, a partire dalla casa che e’ esattamente come viene presentata nell’annuncio. La spiaggia e’ a due passi, nelle vicinanze ci sono negozi e ristoranti, alcuni dei quali dove il servizio e la qualità del cibo sono molto buoni. Il nostro host, Alfredo, e’ una persona amichevole, accogliente, attenta e disponibile alla conversazione. Consiglio questa sistemazione a chiunque cerchi di trascorrere alcuni giorni di vacanza sul mare, in tranquillità. L’unico difetto, se proprio se ne debba trovare uno, e’ la scarsa ricezione per i telefoni cellulari, specialmente per chi arriva dall’estero, come noi; ma su questo, il proprietario non ha responsabilità. E comunque, abbiamo risolto personalmente con una spesa irrisoria. Mi auguro di poter tornare in futuro. Grazie di tutto Alfredo.

Wunderbar

Die Villa Bianca überzeugte mit der Lage, Sauberkeit und dem sehr unkomplizierten und sehr hilfsbereiten Besitzer. Strandzugang in nächster Nähe. Supermarkt, Restaurants, Bäckerei alles in nächster Nähe und zu Fuss gut erreichbar. Die Unterkunft bietet eine gute Ausgangslage für Tagesausflüge nach Pisa, Florenz, Livorno etc. Die Villa Bianca ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Einzig wenige Utensilien aus der Küchenausstattung (Küchenmesser, Schneidebretter, Gläser, Gewürze) dürften ersetzt werden. Alles in allem hatten wir ein schönen Urlaub in einer super Unterkunft mit sehr nettem und spontanem Besitzer. Wir würden wieder kommen. :-)

Sehr schönes Haus in direkter Strandnähe.

Der Hauseigentümer namens Alfredo war sehr nett und hat sich um uns immer gekümmert. Das Haus befindet sich im Herzen von Calambrone in einem sehr ruhigem Gebiet und in direkter Strandnähe (ca. 250 Schritte). Es ist ein langer und sehr schöner Sandstrand. Die Stadt Pisa und Livorno können in ca. 10 bis 20 Minuten mit dem Auto erreicht werden. In ca. 5 Minuten Gehzeit erreicht man ein Restaurant/Einkaufszentrum, wo alles was man braucht, finden kann. Das Haus ist sehr modern und geschmackvoll eingerichtet (entspricht den Fotos und der Beschreibung). In der Küche, sowie in den Badezimmern ist alles mögliche vorhanden und man braucht z.B. nichts an Kochutensilien mitzunehmen. Auf der Terrasse hinter dem Haus, kann man sich entspannt sonnen und auf der vorderen z.B. gemütlich abendessen. Es ist komplett umzäunt und man hat sehr viel Privatsphäre. Zum Haus gehört auch ein Parkplatz, welcher sich auf dem Gelände befindet und durch ein Tor gesichert ist, somit kann man das Auto dort abstellen, ohne sich Sorgen machen zu müssen. Bettwäsche und diverse Tücher waren bei uns im Preis inbegriffen. Als Fazit hatten wir einen sehr schönen Urlaub gehabt und möchten das Haus weiterempfehlen.

L'abitazione corrisponde alla descrizione e alle foto del sito. La casa è accogliente, confortevole e ben riscaldata in inverno. Il piccolo giardino e l'ascensore sono elementi non trascurabili del confort che vi si può trovare. La spiaggia è a 100 metri. Alfredo è una persona seria, estremamente disponibile e premurosa. Da consigliare!
