Quelah Condo 106, Best Views of Lake Aspen, Air-Conditioned!

Quelah Condo 106 is an end-unit, single level condo located in the Quelah Condo Complex. Quelah Condo106 is situated front and center, and have the best unobstructed views of Lake Aspen and Mt. Bachelor. The Quelah Condos are centrally located off of Circle 3 and are very close to the Sunriver Horse Stables, the Marina, and the Holas' restaurant.
The master bedroom is well appointed with a king bed and mango wood furnishings. The second bedroom has a king bed and a single bed. The living room is beautifully furnished with leather and mango wood. New bathroom floors and showers stalls have been upgraded. The condo has wood flooring in the main room, kitchen, and living room area. Both bedrooms are carpeted.
Enjoy central air-conditioning, a gas fireplace, electric Jenn-air range, and a big Weber BBQ gas grill.
We have covered parking and a space for a second vehicle. No Pets and "No Smoking" please.
The complex has three private tennis and pickle ball courts, Jacuzzi, swimming pool, and a kid's pool.

We are repeat clients. Unit was very clean and well supplied with bath and kitchen items. We didn't use aquatic facilities due to rainy week. View from livingroom or deck is awesome. It is a 3 minute drive to week's worth of great restaurants if you're not cooking.

Absolutely loved our stay

We come to Sunriver every year and this is our new favorite place to stay. We really enjoyed the ease of access to the pool. We have a 3 year old and it made it very easy to quickly take her to the pool multiple times a day without any crowds.

Beautiful place. Everything we needed for a great week. Terrific view right out the 3-panel glass sliding doors in the living room - the lake and forest and deer and even enjoyed the walkers and bikers on the path going by. Two master bedrooms w en suite bathrooms was great for two couples and all furniture and appliances were quality and cared for. Will definitely look for this one when we return to Sunriver.
