The Space:

This bright, cozy, renovated condo provides for a memorable Sunriver vacation for four. The comfortable two en suite bedrooms include duvets. The well-equipped kitchen with the latest in quality appliances elicits positive comments from guests. This condo features a charging station for any electric or hybrid electric vehicle you may drive. This newest in guest amenities is conveniently located in your personal parking area. Your cable TV entertainment includes Netflix and Amazon Prime and an extensive collection of DVDs. A library of books, puzzles, and games, along with bicycles and yard games, are at hand. Should work have to be part of your getaway, the large monitor, portable keyboard, and printer on the workstation are ready for your laptop. Surrounded by grass, this condo is in a convenient and peacefully traffic-free location near the Village, SHARC, and bike trails. It's located at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac and immediately faces the 10th green of the Meadows Golf Course. And should you be so inclined, a wave of your hand will stop the golf course refreshment cart that periodically comes by the front room deck!



WHAT’S NEARBY

This getaway is perfect for a pair of couples, old friends. Golfers will enjoy the view of the green . Nearby, you can visit the Sunriver Stables for horseback riding, the marina to rent stand-up paddle boards, canoes, and kayaks, or the Nature Center and Observatory for education about the area and a glimpse through one of the giant telescopes. SHARC is also close, featuring pools and hot tubs - six passes are provided. Sunriver and the surrounding area are known mainly for outdoor activities. Mountain bike or run on over 300 miles of trail, hike or kayak around one of the many lakes on the Cascade Lakes Highway, or climb a mountain if you're bold. In the winter, Mt. Bachelor is just a 20-mile drive from the resort, so you can quickly enjoy world-class skiing. The Village at Sunriver also features an ice skating rink, and you can cross-country ski right around the resort!

Nice Easter week stay

I will begin with the positives. This was our first time visiting Sunriver and this property has an excellent location. It's close to the village and right on the golf course. We enjoyed sitting on the back patio watching the golfers, eating lunch, and playing cards at the table. Also, it's not far from the SHARC. It was the perfect size place for my husband and me, and our adult daughter. The weather was perfect during our visit, but it's well stocked with books and games if you get stuck inside.Unfortunately, there were several things that made our stay much less enjoyable than it could have been. The home is very outdated. While pretty much everything you need is there - it's all old. A key amenity for me was the 2 king sized beds. But they are old and lumpy. The bed pillows are the cheapest most uncomfortable things Walmart has to offer. We slept horribly all week. The sheets were OK, but the comforters did not appear clean. Also, we were not comfortable using the throw blankets from the closet. Not clean.The couch is big enough, but it's stained and looks like it's never been cleaned. The same is true for the upholstered kitchen chairs. Dirty. And the rugs throughout the house were simply awful. The 4 bikes in the storage closet are probably from 1982. It's almost like the owner set this place up beautifully 30 years ago and hasn't touched it since. It could be so much better.
