This apartment resort is located 45 minutes from the airport in southeastern Mallorca. The resort features 7 swimming pools, gardens, and private parking. It is ideal for families and couples seeking relaxation and privacy.
Just a few metres from the resort, you’ll find numerous shops, bars, restaurants, and other amenities. The famous Cala d’Or marina is just a short walk away, and the breathtaking Cala Egos beach is only 400 metres away.

Our beautiful and sunny Apartment C1 features 2 double bedrooms; the master bedroom has a king-size bed and space for a cot. The second bedroom has two single beds. Both bedrooms have built-in closets as well as air conditioning and heating.
The new and modern bathroom features a shower, two toilets, a WC, and a bidet.
The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, freezer, coffee maker, toaster, sandwich maker, electric kettle, and all basic cooking utensils.
Through the kitchen, you’ll find the utility room, which features a washing machine, as well as an iron and an ironing board.
The living room has air conditioning and heating, a 43-inch smart TV with Astra satellite, and direct access to the terrace, from which you can enjoy views of the gardens and pools. From the terrace, you can access the solarium, which is equipped with sun loungers, umbrellas, and a grill.

If needed, we can also provide a cot and a high chair at no extra charge.
