Wonderful week in Majorca

Loved this spacious and very lovely apartment which was set in a quiet complex with a spotlessly clean pool and attractive grassed surround. The roof terrace was a bonus with amazing views. Would definitely love to stay again.

Ideal Apartment

Apartment ideally located , very clean and spacious with a huge roof terrace which we used every day.Close to local amenities and less than 10 minutes walk to a lovely marina.Pool area very quiet and well maintained.Communication with Joachim the owner was excellent.Would definitely stay again and highly recommend.

Great apartment with a good location.

The apartment is exactly like it is described. It was perfect for our family of three, with its two large, good quality double-beds and two bathrooms. We also appreciated the well-equiped kitchen, the washing machine and the good a/c. The balcony is spacious and perfect for a shady breakfast. The pool area of the residency is also very pleasant. A special mention for the manual of the apartment, which was provided after we confirmed our reservation. It answered all the questions one usually has about a lodging.

Très beau logement, il ne manque absolument rien ! . Situation idéale à l abris du monde . Petite résidence avec piscine à deux pas , avec un respect et une propreté irréprochable. Un roof top idéal pour les petits déjeuners du matin ou apéros du soir ! Commerces de proximité à deux pas et charmante petite criques ! De beaux villages anciens avec leur charme Porto Puerto et Porto Colom … je conseille vivement cette location. Notre hôte a toujours été très réactif !

Das Appartement entspricht absolut der Beschreibung. Es ist liebevoll eingerichtet und man hat alles, was man braucht. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter ist super und er ist immer gut erreichbar. Die Lage des Appartements ist topp. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe. Wir können es nur rmpfehle empfehlen.

Ich muss sagen, rundum perfekt, wie zu Hause.Alles sauber Wohnung, Pool und Sanitär und die Terrasse oben ist ein Traum. Der Ort ist super und gleich 50 m der schöne Laden zum einkaufen.Noch kleiner Tip, der schönste Markt den ich je gesehen habe, ist in Santanyí.

Topp Wohnung die keine Wünsche offen lässt.

Die Wohnung entspricht dem Inserat.Herr Gueter war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit bei diversen Fragen.Da wir selber viel grillierten, waren wir mit dem Weber Elektrogrill voll zufrieden. Er heizte auch bei stärkerem Wind sehr gut. Super Klimaanlage! Die war nötig, weil es sehr warm war im Juni/Juli 25. Topp gepflegter und sauberer Garten und Poolanlage. Ruhige Lage. Der Eroski Supermarkt praktisch gegenüber der Wohnung. 2 wunderschöne Buchten ( eine mit schönem Beach Restaurant) in 5 Min. Gehdistanz. Kann ich sehr empfehlen.

Tolle Ferienwohnung mit Dachterasse

Wir waren Anfang April für 10 Tage in dieser sehr schönen Penthouse-Wohnung. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt, sehr geräumig und viel Platz, super komplette Ausstattung, Es entspricht alles den gezeigten Bildern und der Beschreibung. Den Sonnenschein auf dem Balkon und der Dachterasse kann man ganztägig genießen.Mit dem Vermieter hatten wir einen sehr angenehmen und freundlichen Kontakt. Die Zufriedenheit für den Gast wird hier groß geschrieben. Nützlich auch die vielen Informationen die in der Wohnung ausliegen.Wir werden diese Wohnung sicherlich weiterempfehlen und auch selbst wiederkommen!

Tolles Urlaubszuhause !

Wir waren im März für 10 Tage in dieser schönen Wohnung und können sie wirklich empfehlen. Wir fühlten uns direkt wohl und sicher dort. Super ausgestattet, schöne Küche und Bäder, große Couch und TV, gute Heizung, alles geräumig und auch genügend Platz um die eigenen Sachen gut unterzubringen. Dies alles, vereint in einer Wohnung, ist auf Mallorca gar nicht so einfach zu finden. Die überdachte Terrasse fanden wir ebenfalls toll. Die Dachterrasse haben wir nicht genutzt, aber sie machte einen sehr guten Eindruck und ist für den Sommer sicher genial. Hinzu kam ein sehr angenehmer Kontakt zum Gastgeber. Wir werden sicher wiederkommen!

Nette komplette Wohnung

Wir waren im Februar dort und waren sehr zufrieden. Tolles Wetter, kaum Touristen unterwegs, Wohnung top, wirklich alles vor Ort was man braucht, gut funktionierende Heizung bei Bedarf und schnelle Reaktionszeit des Vermieters. Wir konnten sogar ab und zu draussen sitzen/liegen. Im Februar ist allerdings in vielen Regionen reges renovieren angesagt. Der zur Wohnung gehörige Parkplatz links an der Mauer war etwas knifflig beim Rangieren. Insgesamt ein toller Urlaub.

Gute Lage in Meeresnähe

Wir haben als Paar über die Feiertage und den Jahreswechsel diese Penthouse-Wohnung gemietet, waren sehr zufrieden und haben uns wohlgefühlt. Wir können natürlich nur für diesen Zeitraum sprechen, wo es überall sehr ruhig war. Aber genau das haben wir gesucht und hier gefunden. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist komplett und die Heizung der Jahreszeit entsprechend sehr effektiv, da es abends dann doch schon deutlich kühler wurde. Der Balkon bietet ganztägig Sonnenschein (wir hatten jeden Tag Sonne), so dass man windgeschützt die Wärme genießen kann. Die Kommunikation mit dem Eigentümer/Vermieter war sehr freundlich und die ausliegenden Informationen waren sehr ausführlich und nützlich. Man merkt, dass hier die Zufriedenheit der Gäste im Vordergrund steht.Wir haben sehr viel von der Insel bewundern können und hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub.

Vacances d'automne

Très bel appartement full équipé, avec terrasses dont une panoramique sur le toit! Proche de toutes les commodités accessibles à pieds, plage, commerces, restaurants... Piscine commune très bien entretenue (un peu fraîche en cette saison mais très agréable pour un bain de soleil). Nous y retournerons sans hésiter!
