A beautiful apartment in Estepona centre, ideal for couples or family holidays. The apartment building is located on the front line and the apartment is located in a "U" shaped complex. The stunning Playa de la Rada is just in front of the building entrance and the property is located within a walking distance to either the old town or the marina of Estepona. This fantastic apartment offers two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a bright and modern living room with direct access to the outside south-facing terrace with partial sea views. The master bedroom is equipped with a king size bed (150x200 CM) and has an en-suite bathroom and access to a second terrace which is facing the street. The bathroom to the master bedroom is stylishly equipped with bathtub, over head shower, hand basin, toilet and bidet. The second bedroom offers two single beds (90x190 CM) that benefits from the family shower room. The property has central air conditioning throughout the apartment. The modern lounge offers comfortable seating for up to five guests and international TV channels including Sky with a high speed internet connection. There is a lovely dining area off the lounge with seating for up to four guests and there is also an extra dining area outside on the terrace with seating for two guests. The fully equipped kitchen has all the appliances in a modern style, also with partial sea views. The apartment also provides a private underground parking space available for one car.

Estepona Magic

The apartment is lovely with a wonderful front line view from the balcony even though it’s on the 2nd floor. Very clean throughout. There is all you need ,kitchen utensils washer,iron,cleaning utensils. Plenty lovely towels. Extra clean bedding.Drying rack on back balcony. Very comfy beds. We would love to return in 2025. Excellent holiday despite the weather. The only negative is having to collect the keys from the office in the port.
