Ground floor condo, courtyard side, with patio just steps to pool and hot tub. You won't find a quieter condo!

Step from the courtyard onto quaint Old Town's historic Main Street, and the best restaurants, galleries, shops and entertainment. The ski lift is 1 BLOCK AWAY!

Large, LED TVs w/ cable and Blu-Ray DVDs in all rooms; Cable includes free movie channels.

Master bedroom has a stunning pine and wrought iron KING-SIZE bed and private bath with travertine shower surround. Granite throughout!

Second BR has two twins (or king) and its own elegant, bath just outside the door.

Relax in the LIVING area with a wood burning FIREPLACE and more than ample, comfortable furnishings. The leather sofa converts to QUEEN-SIZE bed.

Enjoy meals and game playing in the DINING area for 6.

The KITCHEN is very well equipped and large enough for everyone to get their own breakfast at the same time. Stainless and granite!

Quarter-op clothes washers and dryers located in your bldg. Basket and laundry soap provided for your convenience. Ask us for quarters.
