Great Location for the beach

Very good location, directly onto the beach. Easy access and check in instructions very clear. About 10 minute walk to a supermarket/convinience store and the same for a beach side restaurant. The bunk beds didnt have a side barrier which was a worry.

Family Break

Nice property in great location next to the beach. Ran out of gas one night but the local contact was there within 10 minutes with a replacement canister. Would suggest that the main bedroom/double bed ought to be in the en suite with the air con but otherwise the property was great and would recommend.

Great place to stay in Alcudia

Excellent location, right on the beach. The hosts were very kind and helpful. We had a problem with the key (it was our fault), and they responded immediately, arriving within 15 minutes even though it was Sunday morning. Highly recommended! Excellent accommodation right on the beach, with a beautiful garden and a terrace overlooking the sea and the beach. The kitchen could be a bit better equipped, and it would be nice to have shower gel provided in the bathroom. These small details would make the stay even better. Otherwise, it's an excellent place to relax and enjoy a vacation.

Communication with the guest has been negative. The guest asked us to solve a small incident that for her was a problem. A few minutes later, the owner went to the apartment to solve it, knocked on the door several times, waited and since the clients were not present, she went in to solve it... Later, the guest claimed that we had entered the apartment to solve the incident without her presence.

Die Wohnung ist wegen ihrer Lage - direkt am Strand - sehr gut geeignet für Familien mit Kindern. Die Ausstattung ist ausreichend.

Empfehlenswert

Die Nähe zu den größeren Hotels ist problematisch, da zeitig früh Busse, Mülltransporter unterwegs sind und Lärm machen. Es gibt ruhigere Objekte. Dafür jedoch sauber, praktisch ausgestattet und die direkte Lage am Strand gewähren einen schönen Aufenthalt für Familien.
