2 Bed House on small private gated development of 25.
1 x Double Bed & 1 X Twin Bed Room.
Travel Cot c/w matress.
Air Con. to Bed 1, Bed 2 & Lounge areas. Lounge with 58” Smart TV.
Dining area.
Kitchen - well equiped.
1st floor balcony to front and rear. 1st floor bathroom & Ground floor shower room.
Rear Patio area.
Free Wi-Fi. Communal BBQ area at end of pool.
Gated Development, 5/ 10 mins. drive to local beach, 15 mins drive to Albufeira, 25 mins drive to Lagos.
Communal Pool & Childrens Pool.
All Linen & Towels provided. 2024 we renewed the whole of the A/C system, renewed the dishwasher, renewed the microwave, renewed the toaster and kettle. 2025 we have renewed the pumps and filters to swimming pools, we have also installed a new 58” Smart TV in the lounge.

We believe that the accommodation is of a very good standard and we believe you will find it very well equiped.
Well located within easy reach of the road network making access to all other areas of the Algarve very accessible by car.
Out of the main town but easily accessed when required.

Secure grounds with parking at the door.
Large well maintained external grounds & swimming pool with plenty of space for all to enjoy.
No need to fight for a sun lounger - with approx 50 x sunloungers round the pool for common use - and this property also has 3 x sunloungers in addittion.
