We had an absolutely wonderful week at Villa Nina. The setting was everything we'd hoped - so peaceful, just the sound of birdsong and cicadas. It was great to have lots of different seating options outside, to enjoy all the different vistas, but the roof terrace was especially fabulous in the mornings to enjoy the swifts and swallows, and the evenings for the bats and stars. It was HOT while we were there (37-39 degrees every day) so the beautiful pool was well used, and Aircon was a life-saver! There's no Aircon in the twin room, and it did get very warm despite having multiple fans, but our kids seemed to cope ok.Having just come from another villa which had no basic supplies it was marvellous to arrive to a welcome pack with bread, eggs, biscuits, crisps, butter, water, wine and much more, and a fully stocked herb and spice cupboard (what a dream when away!). The kitchen (and everywhere in fact) was spotless, and having a washing machine and dishwasher just makes holidaying with children so much simpler! Our kids loved all the lizards and geckos. They also appreciated having a TV with so many channels for a post-pool chill, when the heat outside got a bit much. The villa was really a home from home, and we're sure we'll be back. Thank you so much to Debbie and Steve for being great hosts (we didn't get to meet but everything was really well communicated) for providing their lovely home for others to enjoy.
