Hacienda del Sol II welcomes you to Unit 410!

Announcement: Starting April 21st, we will be painting and performing maintenance on the balconies of our property. This project is expected to last around 30 days. During this time, we are offering special discounted rates on the condos. The listed prices reflect these special, reduced rates for the duration of the work. The pool and beach will remain fully accessible. Please note, all rules and cancellation policies will stay the same. We will keep you posted on any updates.

Interior updated as of March 2025. Welcome to your slice of paradise. Get ready for sensational sunrises on your south facing private patio, cotton candy skies as the sun sets, and mesmerizing full moon reflections over the ocean. 410 was redecorated in March 2025 including new furnishings in the living and dining areas. There’s a fully stocked kitchen with plenty of tropical serving ware to enjoy your breakfast or five o’clock somewhere beverages on the patio. The bedroom has a plush king-size bed and smart TV. We are located on the non-drive section of New Smyrna Beach, allowing strolls along the beach and plenty of room to set up your chair and umbrella for the day. Ample seating is provided on the oceanside deck and by the pool, there are two BBQ grills and an indoor cabana with comfortable seating, books and board games, for your use as well. The sights and sounds of the ocean and tropical breezes await, come enjoy your home away from home.

Unit Supplies: There will be a starter supply of toilet paper and hand soap when you arrive but you may need to purchase paper and cleaning products (paper towels, laundry detergent, toilet paper, etc.) as needed. There is a coin operated washer and dryer on every floor.
