BEAUTIFUL HOLIDAY HOUSE FOR 12 TYPICAL YEU ISLAND
Family holiday home with garden, in the heart of one of the prettiest villages on the island of Yeu - La Meule, 5 minutes walk from its natural harbor and a few minutes ride from the first beaches of the island.
5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and a living room revolve around a large living room of about 40m2 and equipped with a fireplace.
A garden orchard of 500m2 runs along the whole house and offers two entrances on the property, perfectly protected from its neighbors. It is equipped with garden furniture and a barbecue-plancha.
Exposed southeast / northwest the house is crossed by the sun.
Located at the entrance of the village, it is less than 2km from the first shops.
