Charming and typical little one-storey house , completely re-decorated, located at the exit of Port Joinville, with 3 bedrooms, of which one with separate entrance and its own bathroom (1 with double bed 140x200cm, 1 with double bed 160x200cm, 1 with 2 modular twin beds that can be put together 80/160x200cm), bathroom with walk-in shower, lounge / dining room, internet / wi-fi, Smart TV, bluetooth speaker, well-equipped kitchen, utility room with washing machine and fridge-freezer, secure walled garden and patio, no vis à vis, in a quiet spot 7 minutes walk from the ferries and 5 minutes from local shops (bakery / supermarket). Available for holiday bookings all year round for max. 6 people. During the main summer holidays, priority will be given to bookings for 14 nights (7 nights minimum required during this period) with entry/exit on Saturdays and outside the summer holidays a minimum stay of 3 nights is required. We are sorry but we do not accept pets.

A wonderful gem of a house!

If I could sum up our stay here in one word, it would be 'idyllic'. The island is picture-postcard pretty and the house was charming – beautifully presented (the bathroom wouldn't feel out of place in a boutique hotel) and with decorative touches that made it feel like a home-from-home. You can tell the owners love this place and stay here themselves, giving it warmth and comfort far superior to a standard rental. The kitchen was really well equipped too and we really appreciated the detailed welcome pack, which clearly explained how everything works, not just in the house, but also on the island, eg, the tourist tax, recycling, where to park your car before you get the ferry. The owner – who was really quick to respond to any questions and super-helpful – even emailed us this in advance, so we could plan ahead. Also included were recommendations for where to eat, drink and visit, and it was brilliant to have that insider knowledge. We found the house was the perfect base from which to explore the island – entirely by bike, which we loved – being just a few minutes' ride to the nearest (gorgeous) beach and the harbour, yet just far enough from the hustle and bustle to be peaceful and private. Oh yes, the kids would be upset if I didn't mention how much they loved the table tennis table, also provided!

Logement propre et bien équipé. Agréable. Calme. Extérieur très appréciable. Proximité de la boulangerie, d’intermarché, du port, donc le vélo n'est pas indispensable. Service de bus génial pour se déplacer sur l'île. Parfait !

Hébergement de très haute qualité car proche du port tout en étant très calme. Hyper confortable et très bien équipé. Maison typique avec jardin douillet sans vis à vis.

Excellent séjour

Week-end passé entre amis sur cette île magnifique. La maison correspond totalement aux photos et description. Elle est superbement décorée… la vaisselle et les différents équipements sont d’excellente qualité ainsi que la literie. Le jardin est très agréable. L’emplacement de la maison est également idéal par rapport aux commerces et l’arrivée du bateau. Bref tout est parfait et on reviendra certainement.

Jolie maison, très fonctionnelle et décorée avec goût, idéalement située près du port et des commerces ce qui est appréciable hors saison. Belles ballades à vélo et superbes paysages, on ne s'en lasse pas.

La maison est parfaite, bien située, très propre, très bien équipée, la literie est top, le jardin, la ta le de ping-pong et Erwan adorable pour gérer notre arrivée et notre départ. Nous reviendrons et conseillons vraiment cette maison! Parfaite avec la chambre Shupstcok pour nos ados qui rentraient et se levaient tard :)

Maison familiale très bien située

La maison de Sarah est très agréable pour des vacances en famille ou entre amis. Idéalement située proche de Port-Joinville et très bien équipée en matériel de jardin. Nous y reviendrons avec plaisir !

Séjour très agréable chez Sarah

Maison très agréable et très bien située nous avions notre petit fils en garde et avons apprécié de pouvoir tout faire à pieds (marché,supérette et plage) Un grand merci à Nathalie pour sa disponibilité à l’arrivée comme au départ Elle a su équiper la maison pour notre petit bonhomme (baignoire,lit,transat,chaise haute,matelas à langer) Maison idéale pour 2 couples ou une famille avec 2 enfants

La maison est tres bien située geographiquement, tres bien equipée et bien decoree. L'impasse manque de calme avec le bruit continue du contenaire à verres surtout lorsqu il ne fait pas beau et qu on reste dans la maison

C’est bien dommage qu’il n’a pas fait beau pour la première semaine de votre séjour Flo et que vous étiez obligés de rester à la maison pendant cette période. Malheureusement, la météo est hors de notre contrôle. L’île d’Yeu est fier de sa politique de recyclage et il y a bien un point de collecte pas loin, qui est bien pratique d’ailleurs. Je pense que si vous aviez eu du beau temps vous n’auriez pas remarqué ce bruit occasionnel. C’est la première fois dans 5 ans de locations qu’on me fait cette observation. Peut-être que tout le monde s’est mis à boire pour noyer son chagrin! Je vous remercie de votre règlement supplémentaire pour l’achat d’un film. D’après ce qu’elle m’a dit Zoé, il a fait beau pendant la deuxième semaine et donc j’espère que vous en avez profité au maximum. Je vous remercie de nouveau d’avoir choisi notre maison pour votre séjour.

très satisfaits

Notre arrivée a été facilitée par la gérante immobilière qui est très sympathique. Pris en charge à la descente du bateau, elle nous a emmenés avec nos bagages à la maison qui est vraiment très agréable, bien équipée.
