INTERIORS
1. The 500 m² Villa and 50 m² Dépendence (with A/C and a 150 × 200 cm whirlpool tub) feature spacious interiors, allowing guests to enjoy shared moments while preserving complete privacy.
2. The property has been recently restored from a 17th-century farmhouse, preserving its original Tuscan charm — vaulted ceilings, stone staircases, and majestic chestnut-beamed ceilings.
3. Ground floor: 3 ensuite bedrooms (one with vaulted ceilings, two with exposed chestnut beams), 1 fully equipped kitchen, and 1 living room with fireplace and satellite TV.
4. First floor: 2 living rooms with fireplaces, satellite TV, and sofa beds; 2 fully equipped kitchens; 2 ensuite bedrooms. The entire floor features chestnut-beamed ceilings.
5. Dépendence: located 10 meters from the Villa, it features three French doors with views over the hills, the village of Sensano, the Pignano woods, and the Villa, plus two large windows overlooking cypress trees and two nearby ponds.
It includes a king-size bed, wardrobe, safe, minibar, coffee machine, kettle, dining table with three chairs, and air conditioning.
The highlight is a state-of-the-art whirlpool bath — 2 meters long and 1.5 meters wide, comfortably accommodating three people, with ergonomic headrests, 10 Whirlpool jets and 16 Airpool jets, 10 adjustable power levels (manual or automatic), and underwater lighting.
The bathroom features a travertine marble sink, bidet, toilet, hair dryer, welcome toiletries, towels, and an elegant travertine marble emotional shower with chromotherapy and three water flows (cascade, rain, and mist).
6. The Villa does not require A/C: the thick stone walls, 450-meter elevation, and a constant gentle breeze keep all rooms pleasantly cool even on the hottest summer days.
