Fine villa in the hills of the Chianti Classico area just a short distance from Poggibonsi, just 3 kms away, where guests can find shops of all kinds. The most famous place in Chianti, such as Castellina in Chianti, Radda and Greve, as well as San Gimignano car. The villa is set in a splendid position, peaceful and panoramic. It is beautifully furnished and equipped with dishwasher, washing machine and satellite TV, WIFI internet connection and air conditioning in all the rooms. Guests at their disposal in a spacious, fully-equipped garden, complete with a 5x10 m swimming pool and a barbecue. Private car park and garage within the property. There are numerous restaurants nearby where guests can savor the famous Tuscan cuisine and wine.

All That We Hoped For And More

The location, villa and pool were all truly amazing. Check in process was easy and helpful. Could reach the check in person easily with questions throughout our week long stay. Large dining tables were wonderful for our large group. Area beautiful plus close to town for groceries, gas, dessert and easy to day trip from to other cities. Rooms comfortable and we were so thankful for the air conditioning units and large pool during the heat wave. Sunsets were amazing from the villa each night. From our entrance to our final goodbye, we were thankful how well the staff, home and grounds treated us.

This was a great central location for exploring Tuscany! We had a wine tour with Monika Iris that was exceptional and we explored all towns within an hour drive. Having the pool was a godsend as the temperatures were in the 90s. The house was clean and the dishes were plentiful but to get a five star rating, they should consider putting in a water filtration system so you do not have to buy so many bottles of water during your stay (6 people and 50 liter bottles over a week adds up). The property has well water and is not drinkable. You are responsible for disposing of garbage and recycling down the road. Also, it would be nice to have some basics- paper towels, garbage bags, napkins and sponges for cleaning the dishes as well as BBQ tools. The outside eating area was lovely. Keep the 2nd floor door closed to avoid bats/lizards in the house. We had 2 chefs come and cook a delicious Tuscan meal one night.So amazing! Also, the second level air conditioners in ALL three bedrooms could not keep up!! At night the bedroom temperature would start at 30 Celsius (86F) and by morning only 25C (79 F). They need to have them serviced and add Freon. We’ve stayed in Italy many times and are familiar with split AC. The owner would not send a technician which was disappointing. Pam supermarket was easy to get to. Antica Osteria Di Bazzino in Poggibonsi and Osteria 1126 were great local places to eat. Overall the house is very good but could use some tweaks to be 5 star. We enjoyed our stay

We hebben een heerlijke week gehad. Het huis is schoon, groot en heeft een prachtige klassieke uitstraling. De kinderen hebben genoten van het zwembad. De ligging is rustig en met een mooi uitzicht. Het was voor ons een perfecte basis om de steden en dorpen in de omgeving te bezoeken en te genieten van Toscane! De mensen die wij bij aankomst en vertrek hebben gesproken waren zeer vriendelijk en we voelden ons daardoor welkom.

Fantastic Villa

We were a family of 11 adults that really enjoyed this villa. It has all the facilities you need for a fantastic vacation, Quiet area, spacious rooms, fully air-conditioned. Great outdoor place with a very nice pool. Car park on premise. This villa met all our expectations. Jackpot ! Highly recommended !
