Perfect!

Our stay at lees caravan park was absolutely amazing. The caravan was spotless and in very good repair. A lovely family site with most caravans appearing to have children, less thank 2 mins walk from the beach, 15 mins from the fair and 25 mins walk from the center. Great location, great site. Check in/ check out and key collection was very very easy. On a whole a great choice and would stay again. My only complaints about the whole thing would be how immensely uncomfortable the mattresses are (we could feel every spring) and the fact that there was a dog barking for a majority of our second night which kept us up. Thank you

Excellent location

Excellent location for beach and town. Had a lovely holiday. Only down side was sofas could benefit from upholstery cleaning as a bit smelly. Key safe needs replacing also. We had a great break though

Good value for money, quite chilly in the bedrooms overnight, luckily mum had given me extra quilts. Happy to go back again

Absolutely disgusted!

The caravan had mouldy walls and sofa. The smell of damp was disgusting. The pillows and duvets were not new as stated by the lady on the phone, they had damp marks on. Shower was not clean. Bathroom all together was minging. Nothing was clean. Plates were in the cupboard covered in dried up sauce. Tv was pointless, way to small for the caravan. None of the beds were clean, absolutely stunk!! Cocky note left on the door!! Key safe was open when we arrived!! Definitely would not stay on this caravan park again! Clearly the cleaners and the owners do not care about the carvans!! Absolutely disgusted! Our children were not happy, they said it smelt really bad and was dirty!!

The caravan you stayed in is really popular, as is the site generally, so I am a bit surprised that you were so unhappy. I am really sorry that you didn’t contact us during your stay so that we could put right anything you were not satisfied with. In fact, the owner of the park; the maintenance couple and the cleaners are on site all day, every day, and any of them would have been very willing to help you. The last thing we want is a guest to not enjoy their stay. So much so, that we have a number specifically for any cleaning and maintenance issues, which would have been given to you along with your keysafe number. If you had called, we could have helped.
