Fantastic apartment in an beautiful location, it exceeded all expectations. Hosts were extremely friendly and helpful, apartment was extremely spacious and very comfortable. Surrounded by beautiful coastline, nature reserves and wonderful places selling local seafood. I can't recommend it enough (though I don't want others to find out about it).

Wonderful setting and a very spacious apartment

This is a lovely apartment in the Old rectory, perfect for two couples. The position couldn’t be better, placed as it is in a very quiet road but within easy walking distance to the beach and pub. Well equipped kitchen, a very comfortable living room as well as large bedrooms with comfortable beds. Overall a brilliant place to stay as a base for exploring North Norfolk.

Amazing

The hosts Helen and Stuart were very friendly and welcoming. The self contained apartment was spacious and clean with home from home comforts located in an idyllic location surrounded by nature. Only a short walk to the beach and pubs and a short drive to shops/supermarket. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Would highly recommend.

Cosy Christmas retreat

Extremely spacious, clean and comfortable apartment in a beautiful setting in Old Hunstanton. We enjoyed cooking and eating our Christmas dinner in the well-equipped kitchen, with a lovely view of the church. We also appreciated the Christmas tree in the large living room. It made the ideal place for three of us to spend a three-night festive break.

Enjoyable

Very good. Everything you need is available. Everything super clean. Hosts warm and friendly. Listing incorrect: no hot-tub. Only comment: flat is over 3 floors, so guests must be comfortable with stairs. Would happily return.
