Overall fine spot. Well positioned to beach. Air conditioning worked well, key given how hot it is. Had all the main necessities. Two bathrooms, with washing and dua machine helpful Main feedback :-Floors were dirty and sticky -Lighting in hallways was poor to apartment and elevator didn't work.

Charming apartment and extremely walkable area. Host was available when needed and helpful with recommendations. Would recommend to friends and family and return when back in Rapallo. The fresh flowers and champagne welcome was a really nice touch! Highlights were the AC, Washing machine, kitchen and beautifully waited ceilings!

Exquisite in Rapallo

I enjoyed working with Alex. He’s very friendly, was easy to reach and eager to help when any questions arose related to the apartment or otherwise. The apartment itself was beautiful and perfectly outfitted with every conceivable need. The location of this place couldn’t have been more perfect. We fell in love with Rapallo and are certain to visit again.

Great apartment in Rapallo

Overall, we had a very pleasant stay at this apartment. Here are the PROS: - LOCATION: Very safe, great location, close to everything you need in town. Only a 10 minute walk from the train station. Only a 3 minute walk to the ferry to Portofino, Cinque Terre, etc. - INTERIOR: Very nice, modern, clean, spacious, well-appointed space. Everything works. - COMMUNICATION: Owners/managers are very friendly and helpful. There is also a very helpful binder with a ton of information on the kitchen table. The CONS: - LOCATION: It’s about 3 flights of stairs to get to the door. If you are handicapped, have really big luggage, etc. You’ll need to take this into consideration. The elevator is broken, so you will have to hike up and down quite a few steps every time you head out. - INTERIOR: It is very noisy. You can hear voices from other apartments at all hours of the night and very loud traffic noise. I used ear plugs and could still hear the traffic fairly loudly. - CHECKOUT. Although the listing says 11AM, they ask you to checkout by 10AM. Not necessarily a bad thing, just would like to have know upfront. Other than that, the apartment really is well-managed and beautiful, with all the comforts you need away from home.

The elevator issue is being addressed by the building administration, and we will make sure to clarify the checkout policy more transparently in the listing. As for the noise, we understand it can be bothersome, and we are looking into possible solutions to improve comfort.
