It has 3 air-conditioned bedrooms on the upper floor (two with double beds and one with two single beds) with high-quality mattresses and a full bathroom with shower. On the main floor is the living-dining room, separate kitchen and a guest toilet.

On rare occasions, availability may be temporarily affected by maintenance, repairs or other circumstances within the residential complex. Parking: There is no private parking. As it is a well-established residential area, parking is available on the surrounding streets.
