We had a fantastic stay in Nerja. The villa was beautiful, well equipped and very clean. The communication from the host was excellent. We would definitely stay again.

Lovely little villa in a great location

Villa well equipped and spotlessly clean . Fab location . Communication from paradise rental superb . We had a problem with hot water and I emailed at 10pm one evening and they sent someone round at 9am the next day to fix .

Excellent property

More attention to cleaning. The table outside was covered with red sauce. When I moved the toaster, the worktop had crumbs.

Great Location, small and shaded outdoor area

Our villa was clean and tidy when we arrived and there was good communication from the staff beforehand. This is a modern villa compared to the older ones in the other block down the road. It had a shared access with four other villas. The parking arrangements were tight but we did not have a car. The outdoor area is a little bit small due to the garage area blocked off, compare to the villas either side of this one. Also there is a large tree to the south of property that cuts off the sunlight for a number of hours during the day to the backyard, resulting in a cold pool during our business in late May. Most of the things are out of your control that are negative about this villa. It is inferior property compared to the ones either side in my opinion, which is not reflected in the price. I would stay again but would not choose this video if possible.

Reluctant guest review

Since we liked the accommodation and family ownership so much, we are reluctant to share our feelings with others who would probably vie for renting these accommodations with us. Many hotels and resorts use words such as “ valued guests”, “we’ll be right there to help” but have little intent to follow through. With Paradise Rentals, Aaron, Caroline, José, DO follow through immediately with everything. Before check out, they asked if we saw anything that could be improved for the next guests. Excellent, exceptional, Espléndido! We are returning in 2024 Feb, March. Don’t compete with us please.

Encantados con nuestro apartamento de todos los veranos

Mi familia llevamos varios años yendo con ellos porque todos sus apartamentos están geniales. Poder contar con piscina propia y con aparcamiento incluido ayuda mucho. A parte son amplios y ubicación cercana al centro. Cuenta con todas las cualidades necesarias para tener unas vacaciones perfectas. El equipo que forman están disponibles en todo momento. Super recomendable
