Open concept kitchen with all top of the line dish-ware, utensils and appliances. Kitchen overlooks a large backyard with large windows and a washer/dryer on the first floor.

Load and start the dishwasher
Store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
If you paid extra for pool heater, please make sure pool heater is turned off
Please wash all towels and leave on the bench near the washing machine, the cleaning lady will strip the beds
If you brought a dog, pick up all the poop from the front and back of the house
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

We are a family with two boys, that live in Manhattan and love to come to East Hampton in the summers.
Why they chose this property
When we found the property, we thought this neighborhood was a hidden gem with easy access to the bay and the marina. It was the perfect beach neighborhood for kids to ride bikes or play in the dunes. It’s close proximity to East Hampton town and Montauk make it the perfect location for dining and shopping.
What makes this property unique
The house is always bright and airy with the 10 foot ceilings and sun directly hitting the pool all day. What makes the property unique is the private neighborhood. The kids can ride their bikes without ever leaving the area and we feel safe. We had a custom pirate ship built in the backyard where kids can hide out and play. There is also a trampoline and a basketball hoop. My favorite part of the house is sitting on the shaded deck, and watching the kids in the pool or backyard. The pool is fully fenced and the backyard is also fenced for pet owners.
