We had a wonderful stay at this property, it is comfortable, stylish and well equipped. Comfortable beds and lots of storage space. We made full use of the games room and hot tub, loved by all members of the family. We enjoyed the garden, lots of places to sit in sun or shade and enjoy a drink and the BBQ. Such peace and quiet too, great views and visiting wildlife it was a real joy. Communications with the host prompt and very helpful. 10/10 from us

Beautiful home, it was ideal for our stay and location was great to explore the New Forest. Above and beyond with the amenities in the property making it like a home from home. Stayed with two young children and little extras like baby gate/ cutlery was a helpful touch. Close to so many attractions. Pub within walking distance with added feature of donkeys. Really close to fordingbridge for all amenities, shops etc. A great day at the beach in Mudeford which was just 30 minutes away. A real gem of a property, lovely hot tub and pool table a treat. Thanks

A fantastic and peaceful stay

We wanted somewhere that we cooked and sat together, to celebrate Easter and my birthday on Monday. We went back home on Monday saying what a fantastic stay, as we loved the walks nearby and the amenities were brilliant and useful.

Beautiful house in a rural location.Hot tub was a great addition for the evenings.There seemed to be building work going on at houses either side at times, which put a dampener on it as that's the one thing we'd hoped to get away from, drilling and banging when trying to relax on the patio wasn't ideal.Appreciate that is something out of the owner's control entirely though.House was very clean and welcoming.There didn't appear to be a guest book to write in, which was a shame. Overall, recommend this property

Lovely relaxing stay in beautiful location.

We stayed for a relaxing weekend break as friends. This was ideal for walking and the well equipped kitchen meant we could prepare anything we needed. Spent some time in the hot tub and as well as the wildlife on walks, we were able to watch a deer in the garden.

Wonderful stay. House and facilities were amazing. Donkey's and horses right outside out gate. The games room kept the teenagers (and us) super entertained. Felt so relaxed here. Would definitely return!

New forest

The house is beautiful and the wildlife in the garden deer and birds amazing. The location is brilliant to get to place all only half hour away beach and towns .

Annual trip with lifelong friends

Lovely location and spot on venue for our annual get together. Excellent facilities, with everything we needed to relax. The house is beautiful and loved the hot tub. Location great for New a forest and the Coast. Would recommend.

Amazing!

We had a fabulous stay for a long weekend as a group of 5 ladies. The location is amazing and the house stunning. A definite home from home with the addition of a gorgeous hot-tub. We are already booking for next year!

Quiet and comfy

We stayed for 3 nights in February and apart from struggling to get the heating to come on when we first arrived, it was a very lovely and comfy (and later very warm and cosy!) house. Hot tub was great!

The heating is easily adjusted - room thermostat, trvs and can be put on boost. There is also a woodburner which also heats the radiators. It is programmed to come on 3 times/day
