Villa Dependance makes part of Torrebianca Tuscany, a small complex in the heart of the Florentine Chianti region, just a few kilometers from the Incisa-Reggello highway exit and "The Mall" designer outlet, one of the world's leading shopping centers of its kind.
The complex consists of three recently renovated historic homes, where past and present blend together in a unique mix to ensure guests' maximum comfort.
Villa Dependance is ideal for romantic getaways, family vacations, or even business trips. The outdoor pool offers a pleasant diversion on hot summer days.
Upon request, you can take advantage of various services, including breakfast, lunch, and dinner prepared by us. We also have electric bikes for rent so you can explore the area independently or with a local guide.

THE PROPERTY
The complex is completely fenced and inaccessible to outsiders. Despite its proximity to The Mall, the property is completely sheltered from the hustle and bustle of commercial traffic, noise, and traffic, ensuring guests a relaxing and peaceful stay.
The villa has its own private courtyard with a table, chairs, and a barbecue.
The swimming pool (also fenced) and the complex's central garden are shared between the three villas. Parking is free, as is the WiFi, which extends throughout the property.

GETTING AROUND
If you plan to visit the region, you'll definitely need a car, as public transportation is very limited.
If you simply want to go shopping or even visit Florence, we can arrange a private driver to take you to The Mall or to the train station.
If you don't have a car to reach the property, please contact us (preferably a few days in advance). We can pick you up at the train station or arrange a transfer. Please note that all transfer services are obviously subject to charges.
