Very convenient location for walking to restaurants and shops. It was especially nice having the back patio area to sit outside in the evenings. The house was nicely updated, furnished and equipped, but still had the charm of an old Cortona house. It was a bonus to have three bathrooms, air conditioning and a washing machine. Would definitely rent this home again if we return to Cortona.

I highly recommend this beautiful apartment. The location is perfect and close to one of the most historic streets. It is a quick walk to the centre and you can also park close by. The hosts have made great efforts to make the apartment authentic and comfortable and it is full of beautiful touches. The hosts were also very welcoming and helpful.

This little gem is in such a perfect location for the cute town of Cortona! The place was quaint and very clean. Had everything we needed, beds were comfortable, bathrooms were newer and super clean. The owner, Lorenza was super nice and so easy to work with. The little garden area is a super plus to the area, no one else seems to have a little yard like this. It's a very unique little place in a very unique little town. We can not wait to come back, already trying to figure.out our next trip!

The host was great, super friendly and explained everything. The location is just inside the city wall and a short walk to the piazza, shops and restaurants. The floors and bathrooms were recently redone and it is nice to have 2 separate seating areas with a table and kitchenette. Only thing that would be nice to have are dressers in the bedrooms as the smaller room only had a very small one and a small hanging bar with no place to put luggage. Additionally, would be great to have some paper products like napkins and paper towels. Overall, was a good experience.

Beautiful apartment, with nearby parking

We all really enjoyed staying in this apartment. It was very clean, and well appointed. Both rooms had queen sized beds, as opposed to one with bunk beds. Very nice updated bathrooms, plenty of linens, we didn't need anything for our 2 night stay. Parking is a short walk (it is uphill) but the host met us at the lot, and walked us up. We would stay again. One note: They do charge for using the AC, which is in the living room, and both bedrooms (thankfully!!). At first I was surprised, but as every guest is different, can see how it could be a huge expense for the owner. For our 2 night stay, during a warm month, it ran about 11 Euros/Day. I'll reiterate what I said above, we would stay here again.

La nostra esperienza di soggiorno presso Casa Caterina è stata eccellente. La casa, che si sviluppa su tre piani, è molto bella e rifinita. Il primo piano è fresco e funzionale e abbiamo trascorso piacevoli ore nel piccolo giardino esterno. Al secondo piano si trova un secondo angolo cottura e un salotto molto ben arredato e curato dove è possibile guardare la tv e dove si trova un secondo bagno. Infine il terzo piano, con due belle camere da letto e un terzo bagno. Le stanze sono le più calde della casa ma sono presenti ovunque condizionatori che ovviamente risolvono il problema. I proprietari sono delle persone squisite e disponibili in ogni momento. La posizione della casa ottima e centrale. Nel complesso non posso che essere pienamente soddisfatta e consiglio fortemente questa struttura per una vacanza di relax a Cortona.
