There is a spacious open plan lounge and dining area which opens out onto a patio. The lounge is comfortably furnished with DSTV and uncapped WiFi. Under floor heating.
The kitchen is fully equipped with oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge and has all you require for your self-catering needs.
There is an outside laundry with washing machine and tumble dryer.
Fully alarmed with armed response.
For parking there is a secure bay behind the electronic gate for a medium/small car. Serviced weekly.
Kenilworth Race Course is 5 km from the holiday home, while Long Street is 12 km away. The nearest airport is Cape Town International Airport, 16 km from Nansen Place.
