This beautiful condo is centrally located within the Village of Ruidoso in a quiet condoplex. It is within walking distance to downtown and to many restaurants and shopping. You will not need 4 wheel drive to access the property.

The unit is 1 bedroom, 2 full baths. It is perfect for families, friends, golf trips, skiing, shopping, or just relaxing. It has been fully remodeled with new flooring and countertops and updated with fine furnishings and fixtures.

Lower level has a fullly equipped kitchen, dining room that seats 4, living room with a comfy sofa that converts to a queen size bed. Curl up in front of the flames of the pellet stove and enjoy the comfy ambience. Lower level also equipped with a washer/dryer. You can enjoy the great outdoors and view the wildlife and the tall pines of Ruidoso from the comfy deck. Deck includes comfortable outdoor furniture and a gas grill.

Upper level has a bedroom and a full bath. Bedroom is equipped with a king size bed, HD TV, and a sofa for extra sleeping if needed. You can enjoy the bedroom with its loft design or close the shutters and door for a more private feel.

This nicely designed and tastefully updated unit with its central location, makes this condo a very desirable rental. You are sure to enjoy it!

Location was great. Being first timers, wanted to stay close to downtown. Prior reviews stated it was noisy area, but that was not the case. Cozy condo and the pellet fireplace was a nice touch to keep us warm. Woke up twice to elk on the street outside the condo that family loved.

It was walking distance to town but needs to be updated, blinds were broken, toilets were old and when you flushed the water came out brown, bed pillows were horrible had to go buy some at Walmart also the skirt on the bed was dirty!!

The majority of this condo has been nicely updated. We were unaware of broken blinds, they have been replaced. Have never seen brown water in toilets when flushed, checked it out and water was clear….Sorry you were not pleased with pillows but they are nice, high quality pillows…As for the bedskirt, it was not dirty. It had a small, faint paint stain. A few more updates are in order and they are in the the works for the near future but as for now this condo is a very desirable rental.

Great Location

We loved that we could just walk down the road into town. It snowed during our stay, the kids had plenty of space outside to play and we even walked across the street into the golf course to sled. The place was very cozy and had everything we needed.

Decent place to stay

The room was fine, but there were definite signs that maintenance has not been a priority. The deck faces Eagle Drive, which is a pretty busy street, so with the patio door open, it is not very quiet. The pictures don't reflect this. I thought it was more in the woods. I alerted the property manager to some items that I felt should be addresses to make it more appealing. But, I was just there a few nights and so it wasn't a real big deal. It was nice to be able to walk downtown.

Thank you for your feedback. The upkeep issues that you brought to our attention have mostly been taken care of but were very small issues….you have a very keen eye! This condo is already very appealing as the pictures portray! Unfortunate that you overlooked the location of the condo but it clearly states on the website that it is walking distance to town and there is a picture of the deck facing a street and the town. The reviews also mention several times the location. Past guests have never mentioned anything about noise. For being close to town it is typically very quiet…of course with the door open you will hear cars going by.

We very much enjoyed our stay at the condo. We hung out with family in town or at ski apache for most of our stay, but it was a lovely place to get cozy for the evening. One thing to note however, is that the WIFI and Cable service was not working during our stay. We will certainly consider this property again when we visit.
