Villa Cadrezatte con Osmate

Nice location with direct access to the lake. Restaurants and bakery on walking distance.

Unfortunately a sink was missing from one of the two bathrooms. With six adults staying this was an unnecessary inconvenience. We were not informed in advance. While I sent a message to the “local” contact I did not receive a reply. VRBO did respond that apparently a prior guest had damaged the sink causing its removal. They gave me a small refund. The location is wonderful on the lake and if the weather was cooler and sink was in place it would have fully met expectations. Also there was an issue with the toilets that should be addressed so that they flushed properly.

Sehr schöne Lage am See und Haus mit italienischem Flair. Leider nicht Mängelfrei.

Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit. Jedoch länger wollten wir nicht verweilen, weil die Bilder mehr versprochen haben. Die Schlafzimmer sind mit schön bezogenen Decken und Kissen abgebildet und dann sind im Oktober nur Leintücher und eine Wolldecke drauf. Einige von uns hatten es zu kalt.Wir hatten extrem viel Ungeziefer im Haus. Das kleine Bad mit WC und Dusche hat kein Waschbecken mehr so dass man zum Händewaschen ins andere Bad gehen muss, und die Dusche selbst ist unappetitlich schimmelig. Auch die Ausstattung lässt zu wünschen übrig. Die Gläser waren trüb und es sind keine 3 gleichen Gläser oder Tassen vorhanden. Auch keine großen Weingläser. Alles irgendwie zusammengestückelt. Das schöne Grundstück und die Lage machen das leider nicht wett. Hier muss dringend was getan werden. Fabio, unser Ansprechpartner von Happy Rentals war sehr freundlich und entgegenkommend.

Villa Martine Au Bord Du Lac

Die Lage, der ganze Umschwung, die Privatsphäre und das Baden im See waren super und das Geld wert. Leider ist das Haus ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen und würde hie und da ein bisschen Unterhalt benötigen. Alles in allem waren es sehr schöne und erholsame Ferien.

Familienfeiern am Lago Monate

Sehr schöne Lage direkt am See, ideal für Ruhe suchende Geniesser. Für Teenager wäre ein etwas touristischer Ort idealer.
